I’ve purchased multiple items from here, and online. They were helpful, and friendly. I recently had a return which was very pleasant-​needing to exchange a fog machine. I also had an online shopping/​return experience that the customer service was great. I highly recommend this store & online purchases with Spirit Halloween. Great customer service, which is unfortunately hard to get these days.

I give this place 3 starts because I actually found 4 colors of boas !!! Not sure where these other 2 ladies were looking. Or maybe this store decided to make some changes after reading those 2 wonderful reviews. If you guys wanna get 5 stars I suggest you add at least 2 new colors of boas.

2 stars based soley on the selection of boas and masquarade/​karnival masks… you are better off going to Jo-Ann’s for a boa and and making your own mask.
This is your main shop for gore and gorier… not my style.

Erin B and I thought this would be a great place to find a boa and a Karnival mask for this upcoming Unilocal elite event at Teatro Zinzani’s. We were wrong. There were only three colors of boas, and two of them weren’t even colors. They were black and white. We did end up finding masks we liked, but were disappointed with the selection. They also have –very– few costumes for pets. You’d think at a store purely focused on Halloween there would be more selection.
