Terra Verde Apartments

Yeah well chris still sucks and kept our deposit over normal wear on carpet and roof leaks which is out of my control lol … And the people who say Chris is nice are probably fake accounts he made lol bye.

MAN OH MAN! Where do I start!!! I will tell you this, if you are a decent couple that is looking for a quite place to live with good parking, you better look somewhere else. This place was known as Sterling Square Apartments before the remodeling they said they did. Let’s just say these apartments are not up to code building wise. When you can hear your neighbors phone vibrate through the ceiling and hear conversations like you are sitting right beside your neighbor, there is definitely a BIG problem. The parking is so much of a joke at these apartments, it is not even funny. This is the first time I have EVER written a review of apartments and I must let you all know that this place is not for the quite and sweet couple. The new management that has taken over is not very good and slow on repairs. The electrical breaker boxes are old and outdated. A few apartments had to have major work done.
For the most part, the outlay of the apartments are good and it will catch your eyes at first like it did me and my significant other, but once you move in and here everyting that goes on at night by your neighbors, you will sadly regret your decision. I have been here for a while and so glad that I do not live there anymore. Do yourself a favor and find something nicer. No one should have to live in the conditions we lived in.
