This repairman came recommended to us by our realtor. We contacted him to get roof repairs done after the inspection revealed issues with it. The owner, Damon, gave us a quote on getting the flashings around the roof vents done, replacing missing shingles and installing a kickout flashing. We paid 50% down and scheduled our repair for a Monday, the following week. After no confirmation call and no show, I called that Monday to inquire why no one was there. I left messages on both phone numbers and later received a call back. Damon’s wife — Cathy– was calling to tell me that our appointment was actually on Tuesday… Well, we wait for Tuesday. Here comes Tuesday and not a soul shows up. I AGAIN start calling and leaving messages because getting a live person is not a viable option with this place. I finally get a call back saying that they were looking for shingles to match our roof. Ok, I am given until Thursday that the work is going to be done. I arrive on Thursday and run into Alfonso in an unmarked mini van in our driveway. Alfonso tells me that he is done with the roof. I ask if the kick out flashing is done and he gives me a confused look. I ask if he had it on his work order. He again says that he doesn’t know and doesn’t have a work order. He does mention that Damon was at the house earlier and had signed off on this order… I call and leave a voicemail for Damon AGAIN. He doesn’t respond until I follow it up with an email sent to multiple people to include our realtor. He acknowledges that the kick out flashing wasn’t installed and that they will be back to do it. I don’t have a clue when they came to install the flashing because no call was made and no card was left. I then receive an invoice from his wife for the remainder of the balance. This has been the most ridiculously unprofessional service I have ever received from a repairman. Communication was non existent, unless they need to contact you to get the money. Damon was informed from the start that we were under a tight schedule and the work needed to get done before the house closes. He failed in every way to ensure that the work got done. Zero customer service skills. Would never recommend this business to anyone!

Recently used Turn Key Repair for the first time and it won’t be the last. Prompt communication was very nice. Damon kept us informed on what was going on. I would definitely recommend these guys to others!
