There has been a few times I have been here and noticed the manager being kinda rude, but today as I was placing my order in the drive through she had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude and snotty. So we just left half way through placing our order because she was that rude

The food isn’t bad. But the time it takes to order and receive it is absolutely horrendous. It doesn’t help that they decide to put the slowest people on the register during the busiest time of the day.

My husband loves Wendy’s every once in a while but would not recommend this location to anyone. In his fries he found not just a hair but a clump of dirty, knotted hair! He called to let them know (we live about 10 minutes away, and was eating at home) and they were not wanting to deal with it and tried to make it not a big deal. After he got off the phone we dumped out the rest of the fries and there was more hair! So gross, we will not be returning!

Holy cow, there is a discernible difference between this Wendy’s and the Wendy’s in say Woodinville.
We stopped in on Friday night. The burgers tasted bleh, the fries were bland, and my Coke was watery. The only thing good was the frosty.
How could they be so different? Are they not changing the cooking oil or something else???

I would never normally rate a fast food joint… BUT… have you tried Wendy’s salads lately? Their chicken, apple, pecan salad was the best fast food salad I have ever eaten. Not cheap, by fast food standards, but better than a few (more expensive) salads I’ve had this week.
Not to mention their fab dollar menu, baked potatoes, chili, yummy «W» burgers and famous chicken breast sandwiches.
