Classy Nails & Spa

My aunt and I tried this nail shop for the first time yesterday. Ok, the ambiance is beautiful. However, it does not suffice for the poor service. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had such a fast pedicure and manicure. And I don’t mean that in a good way. The nail tech’s were moving so fast, my tech didn’t even slough the back of my feet. She clipped my nails, and barely cleaned any excess growth under my nail. She put exfoliating scrub on my legs and didn’t even take it all off. Before I knew it, she was putting my sandals on. She didn’t even lotion my legs and ankles. See, if I’m paying $ 25 dollars for a pedi and $ 33 for a no chip I want proper service. My aunt experienced the same service.crap. So, now time 4 the no chip mani. She supposedly called herself pushing my cuticles back. She barely touched a few fingers. Then when she applied the polish, she kept getting polish on my fingers. A couple of my nails were not smooth. I told her about it and she didn’t do anything. I just wanted it to be over. When she finished and I got outside to the sunlight. My fingers had polish all on the sides and rim of my fingers. I still had fingers that were not polished correctly. I had to go back in and make her fix my nails. Which, she should’ve done in the first place. Needless to say, they move too fast and do not give the customer proper service for the money spent. OH! It wasn’t even crowded either.
The old saying, you never know what u have until it’s gone. I’m going back downtown to my nail tech. Where I’m treated with respect and great service. We only tried this place out, because it was in the neighborhood and I didn’t want to go downtown.
Also, she said her name was Annie or Ann which I think was a lie, because when I went back in for her to fix my nails, she wasn’t in view and the other techs didn’t know who I was talking about. This, was the worst service ever. They need to slow down and stop being so sloppy. They’ve lost 2 future customers plus more, because I will not be referring this place. The only thing I like about my nails is the color polish I chose.

Expensive compared to the other places I’ve gone. Although the polish selection was plenty the work was no better than any other place and they did no more than the basic to make up for the price. My other place I go I can get nails and eyebrows done for the same price I paid just for my nails here. Will only use them as a emergency when I really need them done and don’t feel like driving to Burbank.

This place is horrible. While the interior is nice the customer service doesn’t exist. My cousin and I wanted to get a mani and pedi and they said I could only get a manicure because I was too big to sit in the salon chair. The pedicure chairs are your standard massage chair that is at any nail shop and I’ve never had a problem sitting in them before. I went to the back and sat in the chair and I fit fine and I was comfortable. But then this woman comes racing towards me telling me to get up and starts screaming she wasn’t saying any words just literally screaming like I was godzilla. I was discriminated against and was embarrassed and mortified. I will never go to that shop. I went to another nail salon up the street and they informed how bad the service was and how lots of customers complain about that shop. Which is why they have 2 stars I hope this shop closes they are the worst.

Classy nails has a really nice facility and decent customer service. We made an appointment for four pedicures and were all seated together. The pedicures were well done and I think the prices are fair.

I just went back for the Tangerine Dream pedicure and it was just as good as the 1^st time I had it! I’ll be back!

Went there yesterday the prices are high and I have gone to cheaper places and they have done a better job. She didn’t get all the hang nails and there in nail polish on my skin she didn’t clean up after her self. One of nails wasn’t filed right so it looks crooked. She was rough and was moving way to fast that’s why she did a half ass job. My wife got a full set gel and they look like weird like there is air bubbles in them idk even know why she has gotten gel nails before and I have never seen them look that before. I wouldn’t recommend it we its expensive and they do a half ass job.

Decent work but way too expensive in comparison to other nail salons in the area. They aren’t doing anything above & beyond that warrants the extreme upcharge. I’ve gone 2x. Was charged $ 50 for a gel overlay & polish. Next time was $ 40 for a fill-​in & polish. I’m done.

I have been here 3 times and I will continue to come. I have always had pedicures done. The pedicure room is very nicely decorated with nice blue calming lights around the ceiling area. The nail area is well designed and their polish selection is large as any other shop. I love the lighting in this salon. When getting a pedicure done they lower the lights and atmosphere is very calming. Eyebrow stations are nice and clean. Nothing messy.
Here the only caveat… because English is not their first language communication can be very difficult. But a clear understanding can be meet with clear direction even using the menu services which the provide.
Which leads me lastly to their menu selection. I had the Peppermint Hot Chocolate Pedicure — smelled so good! They also have herbal Organics, Hot Stone, Tangerine Dreams, Chocolate Deluxe and Lavender Relief. Woooweeee love it!

Love this place but unless your getting mani and pedi your gonna wait! Bad customer service! Shouldn’t have to wait an hour! Love Henry the best! But wait time too long!!!

Horrible service. My friend and I went in and the lady doing her feet had an attitude with the guy doing my feet. They ended up getting into a full out shouting match!!! Then, the lady doing my nails was irritated because I told her not to use the drill on my nail bed. The service was lazy, mediocre, and not at all relaxing! I’ll never go back!!!

Came in and no one approached us yet we still signed in. Went looking for polish and still no one said anything. I’m talking to one person, a man whispers in her ear then she walks away. Next another woman who they say is the manager says they only have small chairs they can’t do a pedicure but they can do my nails. No thank you, me and my friends left out of there. Not once did I see the chairs because they were in the back, but I get regular maintanence on my hands and feet & no one has ever said such a thing. I am a plus size woman no denying that but even if the chairs were too small there is an etiquete to everything. Many of my friends with large bottoms go there so I know that wasn’t the case but their loss or should I say losses.

This place looked really great and peaceful. When I walked in I was excited for my service. I wanted to get a mani and pedi with my cousin. But I wasn’t even able to get service because they said my cousin was too big to fit in the chairs. They were really rude about it as well. They were very rude and basically told us to go somewhere else. No apologies or anything. Craziest thing is She was able to fit in the chair. They just not used to thick women so if you’re thick don’t go to this place!

Was a great place when it FIRST opened. I’ve been going here for over a year and the service has gone down. I recommended this place to everyone and now I regret that decision.
The manager is very rude. He does not greet you when you walk in, rather he barks at you to sign in. It seems as if they need to hire more nail techs because everyone is always in a rush to finish.
My recent manicure and pedicures have been terrible because the technician just rushes through the whole process.

Wow! The Tangerine Dream pedicure was amazing! Loved the warm neck pillow, chair massage and soothing foot wrapping treatment! I will be returning! Also, the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful: lobby area tile-​gorgeous, relaxing music, water fall and sky with clouds overhead mirage!

Kayo was amazing! He did a French acrylic nail fill for me. It only took him 35 minutes to complete and I had 2 repairs. He was fast & accurate. The spa was clean, beautiful and tranquil. The chairs in the spa, at the drying table, and waiting area are very comfortable. I had a great experience. For credit card payments there’s a $ 1.00 fee added to the check. Prices were comparable to most salons. Basic Acrylic fill was $ 16/​repairs are $ 3 each and French design is $ 5.00 extra.

I wish I could give them negative stars. How do I get my money back?
Worse manicure I’ve ever received. My polish started peeling off about two hours after I left the salon. Four hours later, I only had one finger nail painted. Everything else had peeled off. I should have known what to expect when the technician did not remove my previous polish, rather he buffed it out. I don’t know if this is the way it’s done at some places however in all the years I’ve been getting my nails done, this was the first time that was done. I’m already not a fan of buffing my nails as it leaves them weaker and I’m pretty sure I mentioned it to him but he kept going. As for the rest of the experience, it was neither here nor there. This place is huge. They do manicures in the front and pedicures in the back room which had dim lights and what seemed to be a koi waterfall.
I did enjoy their vast nail polish selection and the warm lotion. That too was a first, and welcomed.

The physical space is beautiful. One of the best I’ve seen and it’s on par with what you might expect of a downtown spa. The service needs improvement. It was my first time, so I asked if they had a fee schedule. The reply was, «I don’t know.» Then he walked away. Ummm, really?! If he didn’t understand what I wanted (there was no language barrier), he should’ve asked. For a Friday, early afternoon, they did not have enough techs working. I purposely came before post school/​work hours. But I still waited longer than I should’ve.
They had a good polish selection. This is important ro me, considering so many places assume that everyone likes neon colors. The tech was decent. I don’t like when they just tap your leg for you to move. Say something or make eye contact. She went through the motions rather quickly, which wasn’t pleasant because it seemed rushed. However, I appreciated the hot towel foot treatment. I also appreciated the dim lighting and running water sounds from the waterfall. Overall, a decent pedicure. I was rather shocked when she motioned for me to get my things and head to the front. I don’t think I’ve ever not been helped to the dryer area! So I fumbled to gather my things as she started to clean the bowl, prior to me standing up. Hmmm, I’m not sure if I will return. Possibly another tech may be a little more enjoyable.

They have such a high turnover, this place is absolutely horrible!!! The manager has a horrible attitude, doesn’t care about you and doesn’t care if he’s putting you in any type of pain, but he’s in a rush to do you so he can get more people so you can make more money you’re not going to hurt me in the process so you can make more money are you going to get sued and you’ll be paying me money.

I went here to get my nails done and I’ll be honest this place is so beautiful and so relaxing but the workers are pretty rude. The guy who was doing my nails asked me 20 questions about my boyfriend, asked me out and gave me his number. Then insisted that I buy some moisturizer every 10 minutes. My no chip nails came off within a week and weren’t even filled in properly. Any way this place is absolutely gorgeous they have so many nail polishes to choose from, but they just need friendlier workers there.
