K&G Fashion Superstore

Not that much to say about the people that work in the store the service was OK with my help.
The men’s department was nicely arranged.
I was able to fine everything that my son was looking for.
On his very important day.
The prices are reasonable.
So if you are looking for something for a male to wear for any occasion then this maybe a nice place to come and shop. And the shoe department was nice.(men’s)
I really think that this is more of a men’s store
So far as the women’s and kids department I walked right pass.

Helpful folks, good prices! Better organized than some other K&Gs I have been in.

I just left this K&G making a return and watched as additional cashiers were called up to the registers, and took care of five people who were behind me in line before taking care of me, because (apparently) only one cashier could take returns and exchanges. One person was looking over the shoulder of the cashier who could take exchanges while the cashier did something that the person eventually signed off on. This makes me presume that person was a manager. After looking over the cashier’s shoulder for sometime this person rather than taking care of me, went outside to collect carts. By now I was visibly angry about having to wait in line for 15 minutes or thereabouts, watching the people behind me in line walk out of the store having completed their transactions. When I was finally taken care of, there was no apology for waiting, or acknowledgement of any kind.
This store is within walking distance, and at one time was my favorite store to go to, but I will not be making another purchase in this store. They are incredibly lackadaisical. The store was not like this when I was shopping there three years ago. This new group of cashiers and managers has no sense of what customer service should be. I’ll be going to either the K&G in Orland Park or Lansing from now on! Those stores are more organized and the staff more polite. I haven’t been to the store on Stony Island, so I don’t know how it is, but it will certainly be another option for me.
If you have items which need altering, however, the tailor at the Evergreen Park store is great! You can have things tailored that have not been purchased there for a reasonable cost.

Just horrible. Last K&G I’ll go to. First 8 seconds in the store, Dumb Ninja Shit. Cats must really think someone OWES them a job. This economy is going to shit. These ninjas are gonna be lookin dumb as hell when they close up shop.
