History

Established in 1948.

Originally owned and operated by the Grimes family of Evergreen, we were located in one of the original buildings remaining in downtown Evergreen. When our 100+ year old building was condemned a few years back, current owners Susan and Bob Fariss moved the gift shop across the street and have enjoyed the continuing support of locals and travelers.

As a long time employee of Crafters, I had the opportunity to purchase the company in 2004, upon the retirement of Ross Grimes. Along with my husband Bob, we strive to continue the great reputation set by all the members of the Grimes family and all their staff, over the years.
