Meet the Business Owner
Robyn F.
Business Owner
I grew up an athlete and have spent my life doing everything from competition rock climbing, slalom ski racing, quite a few mud races including Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, and Mudderellas, to playing college ice hockey. There have been many more sports throughout my life and at one point or another I have competed in most of them. Unfortunately, the stress took it’s toll on my body very early on and by the time I was 19, I needed to have surgery to undo some of the damage… and it was only the beginning. It was in college that I realized my life’s calling was to educate others about the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle while minimizing risk of injury. Between 2006 and 2014, I taught full-time as a high school Biology and college-level Anatomy & Physiology teacher, while also competing as a semi-pro rock climber and mud runner. Since 2012 I have also been a part-time climbing instructor and personal trainer and after moving to CO in 2014, I am now training full-time.
