I needed to get my hard drive replaced.
initially, I was going to go to a computer repair guy that was closer but he wasn’t available til later in the day.
I was kind of skeptic because there hasn’t been any more recent reviews.
called Bryan and he was available and his pricing is less than what I would’ve paid at the other repair store!
communication is great, he calls back as soon as he can if he’s not available.
he actually had the repair done within the same day! picked it up the next day and I have a working desktop again! thank you!

Highly recommended for all your computer needs. Great customer service. Super fast turn around time. He was able to service all my computer needs. Reasonable prices. He was able to get my shattered screen replaced and speed up my computer.

I was also ready to «deep six» my computer until I started searching on Unilocal and found Bryan. Bryan was very thorough. He removed the virus that kept me from getting the internet. He cleaned up my computer and it definitely runs faster now. He saved me the big expense of buying another computer. His price was very very reasonable. Outstanding, simply outstanding.
My kids computer started acting up and I lack the ability beyond goggle answers to fix computers myself. I fully expected a computer guy to give me the shaft and charge me for things I didn’t need.
So I fearfully started searching for the right repair person. Found this place using Unilocal of course and reading the reviews I felt fairly comfortable making the phone call.
I left a message and it was quickly returned. I explained the problem and asked if I could drop it off, he even offered to drive to my house and pick it up but since I was already going to be out I dropped it off myself.
He called me back that evening and explained the problem to me so that I could understand. He didn’t try and sell me beach front property in Nevada, he was a straight shooter. He explained that I could either make the repair and that he could explain how or he could purchase the part and do it for me. I chose to let him do it so I knew for certain it was done correctly.
He called me the next day stating that everything was fixed and I could pick it up. I drove by and was extremely satisfied with the service. He went above and beyond, cleaning melware off the computer and putting on a better virus protector on it.
Normally this would have run you $ 200-​$ 300 for the amount of effort and work done. I was charged a ¹⁄₃ of that. I couldn’t believe service provided. If you want your computer worked on by a knowledgable, honest guy then I suggest you give him a call.
Ohh ya, ignore the one bad review, probably an intimidated competitor.

Awesome service and costumer care. Not only did Bryan save me lots of $$$, his prices were by far the best in the area, believe me I checked, without sacrificing quality and skilled service. He was able to think outside the box and save my hard drive and all precious contents from being lost. I will keep on going back to AeroTek for my computer needs!

They fixed a real sticky problem on my daughter’s laptop and they did it quick.

Easy and efficient. He told me everything I needed to know up front and was professional and friendly when I showed up to drop off my laptop. He gave me a time line as to when it would be fixed and stuck to it. He kept me informed of the progress along the way.

Emailed; no response. Called; no response. I talked to this person once, tried to schedule an appointment, said I would call back, did, no answer, left a message, waited several days… still no response. I ended up going to another computer repair company in Kapolei. I’m sure he would’ve been fine, but the lack of communication and customer service killed it.
If you need computer repair, go to PCTrends in Kapolei. There is a $ 70 flat rate for virus or malware removal. His name is Joe and he’s a very nice guy that actually calls back fast and efficiently, something that I really liked.

this guy is incredible. For the price that is cheaper than most places to even look at your computer, he got rid of a virus, fixed the patches, made some updates, and I’m virus free… all in less than 24 hours… he even picked up my laptop from home… this guy is great!!!

My laptop got a virus and I couldn’t get anything to work. I called Areo Tek and he worked on my computer remotely. He found the problem, fixed it and upgraded my anti virus software all without me having to leave my home. Great service, affordable and reliable. I will definetely use them and recommend them in the future.

One of the Effing guys from EffingPC hooked me up. My home desktop and laptop are performing much faster now. This Effing guy also hooked up my iPhone 4. Now, I’m good to go with some free apps. Fast service, prompt response and good results.

I am very happy with the service & prices. Not only did they repair my computer but they also jail broke my iPhone. The best part was I didn’t have to drive anywhere, it was all done remotely! Great job! I definitely will recommend you to all my friends!
