Drove my car Sunday night parked it by Fairway Edge Apartment complex, come home from a hard day work at 3:30pm on tuesday, my bmw got towed from these bastaards! not even 48hrs. it was parked there!!! Christmas must be hard for these damn people! no damn Aloha!

Quick to tow your car, not quick to give it back… showed up to the lot, no one is there… called… rude lady says she’s at lunch and we have to wait until she gets done. Wtf? What kind of business is this? Yah, it’s an inconvenience getting your car towed, but to have the cash in hand to get your car back, only to have to wait for someone to finish lunch to help you??? What kind of business are you running?

These guys are the worst of the worst… In one word… VULTURES!!! I feel sorry that this is how they need to make a living, terrible all around… DO NOT USE THEM FOR TOWING, unless you want a damaged vehicle.

Do not call these guys! they are the absolute worst, very high towing prices. As well as predatory practices these sleeze bags troll neighborhoods seeking cars to tow then hold them for ransom. Screw these dudes. Zero stars bad people.

These people are opportunistic low life’s. I’ve been parking in the same spot at my girlfriends house for over a year and a half every day with a pass in my car. Two days out of that year and a half I’ve simply forgotten to stick a piece of plastic in my windshield and they tow my car. My car is VERY distinguishable. They don’t care they just want your money. Trolls with tow trucks is all they are. There needs to be a way to shut these people down based on the shady business they do.

Towed my car and my boyfriends car in the same night so I feel like we were the target of residence. I heard the tow truck outside so I looked out my window and there they were. I ran outside as quickly as I could but by the time I got there they were already off. I feel like they stalked my car all night figuring out a plan to take it out. And also what a coincidence that my boyfriends car was already gone. My mom also said she paid one of the tow truck guys to not take our cars but I guess we got the bad end of the deal. I could have said something about an employee taking our bribe but I didn’t…

Opportunistic towing business with trucks that troll neighborhoods for cars to tow and hold hostage at their lot. Solid picks and chooses which cars they tow; very inconsistent with towing parking violators. When more than one car is in violation Solid will tow the easiest car to tow but will not tow the other violators which is very indicative of their predatory opportunistic business practice.
