Located in Exeter, NH, right next to Exeter hospital, Graham Tire & Auto is in a great location to serve the seacoast area of New Hampshire. Having worked in and learned the tire and automotive repair business, starting out sweeping floors… for many years developing knowledge of general repair, automotive technology and best practices to accommodate customers needs, Tim and his wife Laura began the journey of owning and operating their own tire and auto repair business in 1998, while raising 4 children. Soon many manufacturers and distributors recognized Graham Tire & Auto was the first choice for many of the areas residents and people who worked in the area to get their vehicles repaired. These relationships combined with employing the best available technicians allowed Graham Tire & Auto to grow and provide value to their customers while still providing excellent service. As their motto states, Service You Can Trust… People You Can Depend On! While the children are grown and their own now, GTA continues to provide the NH Seacoast area with the best available tire and automotive products and service available.

Quality no nonsense auto repairs and care. My wife have and I have been going here for several years for state inspections and repairs. Last time we took the car in for a oil change/​inspection. Tim and his team figured out what has causing a noise eminating from one of our wheels which was luckily covered under our car’s warrantee. The year before we took it to the dealership and they didn’t diagnose the problem.
When we had an older car Tim and his team did a great job of repairing all of the various problems our car had.
What I really like about the place is that they are not pushy in any way. Just a quality auto shop without the up selling which is common at many commercial autoshops and dealers.

I brought my car to Graham Tire & Auto for new tires and breaks. Tim and his team did an outstanding job, it was fast and I saved over 50% by not going to the dealer. They are professional and very responsive to calls and emails. I’ll be bringing my cars there in the future.

Scumbag sevice! Man put my powder coated rim on his tire machine scored up the metal then told me there’s nothing you can do about it to take it to his other store. I took it there and the «manager» asked me what I want to do. I expressed I was upset I didn’t cuss until after he told me «ya know what Roy. I don’t wanna help you.» He started by asking what can he do for me I said «can you change them without ruining the others?» Seemed like a valid question. He said «yeah I can but I’m backed up a few hours“I said «should I come back?» He said «do what you want» I say «how long» he says «I don’t know, what do you want?» I said «to scream cause I just watched my wheel get chewed up (jokingly) but just to get my tires changed» he says «ya know what Roy, I don’t want to help you» …
Plainly WORD FOR WORD. I said «well don’t you think that’s crappy business?!? Your company destroys my rim now you tell me to take a hike?!?» He said «yeah right pal of the thousands of people I do work for, THIS is crappy whatever» I’ve never dealt with such a ridiculous ignorant idiot in my life. I will do everything in my power to make your clientele aware of how you treat people who’s property you’ve damaged and discarded.

We were exploring and were almost 3 hours from home. Our car starting making a grinding sound when braking. We searched the area and found Graham Tire & Auto. We plugged it into the GPS and headed on over there. We arrived at 4:25pm; they close at 5pm.
The staff was friendly. I explained the situation. They got the car in and diagnosed the issue. They gave me a quote and I told them to go ahead. They changed the rotors and brakes on both front wheels all before they closed and came in under their quote.
I have zero problems recommending Graham Tire & Auto.

I have had Graham Tire maintain my vehicles for 4+ years. I’m so glad to give them an excellent rating as I feel that I have found a mechanic like my Dad had for years back in the Midwest, where you had trust and confidence. I have 3 vehicles a 2004 and 2008, not exactly brand new but well maintained. I feel that Tim gives you personal service and has gone above and beyond numerous times whether in scheduling service/​inspection or in pricing of parts.

All I have to say is Timmy Graham is a solid guy. Would never mislead a person, always does good work for a fair rate.
Fast service, great feedback. I even bought an older car from him from one of my children, great value.

We continue to bring our car to Graham for general repairs. They are still not the best communicators — take the initiative and call them when you need information. However, they do seem to perform reliably and are not too expensive. They seem to know what they are doing and play fair with their customers.

I bought my tires online and they shipped them there for free :-) Graham had the best price for install and balance and disposal, almost half other places. I made an appt for the following week and went there today. I have a Ford Fusion Sport with side skirts on it and I swear every time I go to Regan ford they can’t put it on the lift properly and the side skirts bow out… so I mentioned this to Dan at Graham and that I wanted to get the best tire back to make a spare. Dan had my car brought in on time, finished on time and guess what… Side skirt intact and they put the tire in the trunk in a plastic bag! Good deal.
Only downside is the place is cold, and I am always cold, so I should know better, but hey for an hour it wasn’t too bad. Thanks Graham Tire, I can see why your place is so busy!
And its located just behind the Dunkin Donuts, my GPS just about brought me there, Dan got me the rest of the way there!

«I just got Herb & Robbed» friggen guy charged me $ 65 for a cotter pin, I showed them the issue, i thought it would be an easy fix for them, they pushed car in, popped in pin, pulled it out, $ 65.00 ! i couldn’t believe it, I thought «Herb and ROB you» Was bad up the street, but wow, Graham is not recommended

Got a flat a month or so ago… been driving on the spare ever since. Yesterday, we were finally determined to get it fixed. It was brand new and un-​punctured, so we had a feeling a mechanic (or anyone on Earth who knows anything about cars… we sure don’t) would be able to fix it.
We pull in here on a whim. One of the mechanics identified the problem (something about a valve), fixed it, and changed the tire back… 10 minutes and $ 25 later, we were driving away happily.
He wasn’t the friendliest guy, but mechanics never are. He communicated with us in grunts and hand gestures, but at the end of the day we have four working tires and a spare, and didn’t break the bank.

I brought my car into Graham Tire and Auto for a vehicle inspection. My tires were worn out, and I knew before consulting with their mechanic that the tires needed to be replaced in order for me to pass the state inspection. I dropped off my car and requested a quote for replacement tires and any other services that might be required in order for the car to pass the state inspection. Their price quote included an alignment. The wear on the old tires was uneven, but not dramatically, so I told them to replace the tires and forgo the alignment, considering that it wasn’t causing a concern with the safety of the vehicle, and therefore should not be a factor in regards to the state inspection. They told me they believed otherwise, and that I would not get an inspection sticker from them, unless I agreed to have them do an alignment for the cost of over $ 100. For this reason, I will not return to their garage.

Alleged specialists in tires who can’t seem to balance wheels correctly. My car shook like crazy at higher speeds after I got it back. They tried to tell me it was a tie rod. Um, genius… if the tie rod had gone, I wouldn’t have been able to control it at any speed. Just because I’m a woman, doesn’t mean I’m dumb or clueless.
