We recently bought a notebook at your store for our daughter for her kindergarten graduation. She loves notebooks and was absolutely thrilled when we gave it to her. She began using it and within a few minutes the binding had completely separated from the pages. Our daughter was heartbroken, but we promised we’d take it back and replace it. We didn’t expect that when we returned it, our girl would be accused of destroying it. I admit she did rip one page out (after the binding came loose), but that hardly warrants the strength of attitude and condescension we received from the woman at the desk. Buyer beware, they do not take kindly to returns.

I have visited this quaint gift/​wine shop a number of times. Whenever I go in, the staff is more than friendly. They have a unique line of varied items and cards. Truly there is something here for everyone. The shop has captured the old town charm of Exeter and brought it into their shop. I would recommend it to anyone interested in having a pleasant shopping experience.

This is a very cool indy gift shop with a big wine selection, Stonewall Kitchen products, cards candles and all sorts of party stuff in the heart of downtown Exeter. You should be able to find something here while supporting small, local business.

Trends has a great selection of jewelry and Yankee Candles, two of my favorite things. They also have, hands down, the best staff in town!

Biddeford, ME
Trends stopped spamming me recently so I’m going to bring them up to two stars. There’s still nothing about the store that makes me want to go and I’ve found better cards in other nearby stores. According to Unilocal,two stars means «Meh, I’ve experienced better». That’s about right.
Check them out if you’re browsing in downtown Exeter. Maybe you’ll like it more than me, especially if they never get your email address. I have no idea how they got mine but it’s all in the past now and the hate is gone.
