History

Established in 2014.

The owner of iD Solutions brings more than 20 years of experience and insight, professional contacts and a strong referral network to her clients. Prior to starting iD Solutions Debbie Iszauk served as the Vice-​President of the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce and was the owner of a small retail business. Her experience in building strong referral networks, providing excellent customer service and a creative approach to increase business exposure has generated a loyal customer base. iD Solutions is rooted in the Greater Pittsburgh business community.

Debbie I.

Business Owner

A graduate of Ohio State University with BA in Business, Debbie spent the beginning of her career in Retail Management. Initially as an assistant buyer and then as a buyer in Pittsburgh’s iconic department stores. She went on to manage 2 Gap stores and later owned her own custom framing and gift store. After nearly ten years in retailing, Debbie refocused her career and began developing skills and experience in sales, marketing and event planning and management. Each new career opportunity has helped her to learn more about providing good customer service and developing an appreciation for how to market to the needs and struggles of small business owners. Serving as the Vice-​President of Membership and Business Development for the Monroeville Area Chamber of Commerce provided the next career step in developing a background on how to successfully work within both a large and small business environment. Each career step along the way has lead to the launching of iD Solutions.
