i have had two of these already and on the first seat the seat belt latch got stuck and would not come out of the buckle. We had to cut our baby out of the seat belt. and with our secodn seat we were rear ended and the bottom strap ripped out of the seat. when we called graco to complain all they told us was «thats why we have restraining belts on top» Worst customer service ever.
