Called them about a job that had a time constraint, they said they would stop by for estimate on Friday morning, never showed, called them twice more and never got a call back. Ruined a portion of my lawn because I didn’t get a downed tree removed promptly. Used them before, they were unresponsive the first time, but when I finally got them to come, they did a good job. Never work with them again, and they live in the same neighborhood as me.

We have had over thirty trees taken down on our property, Harlan trees took almost all of them, we had used other tree companies in the past, and had been ripped off by their high prices and so-​so work. Someone had recommended Harlan to us and they are awesome! Would never use another tree company again! We have recommended Harlan to all our neighbors with the same rave reviews, professional, knowledgeable, true tree experts, look no further. Do yourself a favor and call Harlan first, you will be glad you did!

After having a large tree down from the storm, Harlan Tree Service agreed to come and remove the next day. We took off work and waited the whole next day and they never showed up. We called at 6 pm and they said they would be there for sure the next day. Another whole day went by while we waited for them to show, and they didn’t. No phone call or explanation and it is now 4 days later. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company!
