Quest Diagnostics

I love this location; the lady who runs it is amazing. She is fast, efficient, friendly and most importantly she is amazing phlebotomist. She is an expert blood drawer, no really, you can tell the difference. I hate having blood drawn; detest needles. To make matters worse, I have rolling veins and often I am left bruised and in pain. The lady who works here is a magician. She is amazing and I have never had a blood draw go so smoothly and pain free.
My only gripe against this place is that as competent as she is, she is the only employee there. Really, Quest, Really? You cannot hire one extra person to man the desk and check in patients? If nothing else, it is a security issue as the front desk is often left unattended.
