I asked for a spoon and when the server was about to give me one, the manager insisted to the server that he has to charge for it. The server was clearly shocked — the manager continued ‘you charge him the same as you would for extra cheese’. He proceeded to show him how to charge 25 cents for a spoon but the receipt said cheese.
Talk about customer service!
