History

Established in 2009.

Prior to getting licensed in 2009, Patrick spent his first 5 years out of college working for the United States Federal Government. His first few years in the real estate business, Patrick spent most of his time working with Buyers, guiding them through the difficult process of finding the right home, and then working hard on getting them the best deal possible. Patrick’s business focus shifted in 2013, when he hired an administrative assistant to help him with the abundance of paperwork that goes along with each transaction, and then later that year brought on a Buyers Specialist. Patrick now spends over 80% of his working hours with Sellers while overseeing his real estate team.
