I recently went to Time After Time to get the battery replaced in my watch. They were not able to open my watch in the store, so it was sent to their central office where they have ‘better tools’. When I picked up my watch several days later, the lens was scratched in several places. I mentioned this to the sales person who instantly became combative and absolved herself and the store of any responsibility. Furthermore, she blamed me for somehow scratching the watch lens. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Time After Time and will not be returning.

Visited them to get my watch battery replaced. These guys know what they are doing. Very reasonable $$, finished in 20 minutes. I watched as they helped any number of people with any number of watch related issues. It’s obvious they are experts — so if you have a watch repair, sizing — or are looking for a really good selection of better quality watches in the exton/​surrounding area — i would definitely recommend.
