All Things Consignment

Well the first time I went in there, I was definitely pleased by the up-​scale selection of items and by the very friendly and helpful sales associate. The second time I came back to look through the items a bit more thoroughly, I was a bit disappointed by how high the prices were. I mean, I understand its high-​end merchandise, but I think they went a little overboard, at least for my pocket. Now the prices and merch. are NOT the reason I think of poorly of this establishment… after some time I was the only customer left in the store, unbeknownst to the sales associate that started bad mouthing «that girl…» and described me. The second associate who saw that I was still in store didn’t say anything, but began to talk smack about ANOTHER customer that just left the store. My feelings personally were not hurt because I don’t even know these two catty ladies, but I was slightly embarrassed and felt like they had behaved very immaturely and unprofessionally. I wouldn’t go back there just on that principle alone. rude rude rude.
