Worst place for service. Atleast $ 300 more than other dealerships.
Screwed my car.
Unprofessional/​Rude management.
Worthless.
Should go out of business.
WORST SERVICE PLACE EVER FOR AUDI… PERIOD

Great service!
On 5÷14÷15 at approx 10:30 am, I went to the Jack Daniel’s Audi service center to replace a headlamp with no appointment. I was checked in by Frank who greeted me with a warm reception. About 15 mins later, Frank informs me that the water pump is leaking and he could have the water pump and headlamp replaced under my CPO warranty and would provide me with a loaner. 10 mins later I was on the road running errands — thank you for being considerate of my time. Frank called me later in the afternoon, around 2pm, to notify me the car was ready.
The service here was much better than the one I had experienced at Audi Meadowlands (see review).

They are rude and low class! A big rip off and their comp ride home is unsafe due to driver being on cell phone! Found a lollipop stick in my door compartment which is odd since I do not eat them… (Wet n sticky) gross… Then they have the nerve to call me with their robot n tell me I need service… Horrible experience more than once I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt… If I could rate a zero I would!

Looking at these reviews, I’m guessing they don’t offer any better service here than they provide at their next door facility VW. Be wary…

After your warranty is done. don’t bother Over priced long wait period Don’t let them scare you about losing any warranty, get your oil changes done elsewhere

Rip off service that don’t know what they’re doing.
There is a good reason why this dealer has such negative reviews. Because they deal in a shady manner.
The windshield wiper stopped working barely after 50k.
They gave me a loaner while they diagnosed the problem. But charged me for rental because I decided not to go through them after their misdiagnosis and an exorbitant quote.
They wanted $ 1,000 to fix the «MOTOR PROBLEM».
I got a second opinion from another mechanic in the area who said it was a electrical issue, and it would be $ 150.
When I told this story to Jack Daniels, they still would not return my rental car fee.
In other words expect to pay exponentially more for service at this place.
I will never ever come here ever, and I will never ever buy an Audi ever again because of them.

I had my first service experience with Jack Daniels Audi shortly after purchasing my vehicle. I encountered a road hazard and damaged a tire and rim. Fortunately, I purchased the Wheel & Tire protection plan.
Because the incident was so soon after the vehicle purchase, the insurance company didn’t have my records on file. Adam from the Finance Department correctly anticipated the situation and handled the claim on my behalf.
In addition, John Zingani/​Solomon Faizi took care of bringing my car to the service center for me and bringing it back when done.
Fred Davis in the Service Department kept me apprised of the repair and had my car ready ahead of schedule.
I was very pleased with the entire process! Nice going everyone!

I called ahead this morning to get a written estimate for damage to my Audi in an accident where I got rear-​ended. This was my first experience with this Dealership, since I just moved here from central NJ.
I was greeted by a man named Freddie immediately and had a scheduled appointment to have a body shop technician take a look at the damage. While waiting there I told Freddie I have a maintenance scheduled for my 45k Audi care package this weekend at my hometown dealership 50 miles away. Freddie offered to schedule the maintenance here on the spot today & a loaner vehicle.
I was in and out the door with a brand new Audi A6 within 10 minutes, leaving my Audi to get maintenance work completed as well as body damage estimate. Freddie was extremely helpful and I am impressed at the courteous and efficient manner in which business was handled at the service location.
The only setback about the Service department is that the actual Service & Parts building location is separate from the Dealership. It’s about 3 miles up on Rt 208 north off McBride avenue exit. Other than that I was very pleased with my first experience here & will be back if I need any service done while I am in the area.
