In 2012 we have moved to a medical building in Fair Lawn NJ, which is just 2 minutes away from Garden State mall in Paramus.

Oksana developed an exceptional reputation as one of a few people specializing in PERMANENT treatments and has made the application of PERMANENT procedures her one and only specialty. There are a select few professions where both technical expertise and artistry rank as equally important. Oksana has the ‘gift’ of making the application of permanent cosmetics an art. Her unique artistic talent makes her a perfectionist. Patience, a keen aesthetic eye for detail, a steady hand and the driving desire to perform every procedure as if (it is her face) her name was attached are all qualities of a professional artist.
