Dr. Valdez shouldn’t have a license to practice medicine. He is rude and had no manner or professionalism. I took my 11 year old daughter to his office for a cyst on her wrist because her primary Dr. Sent us there to have it remove due to pain it was causing her and it was on her joint and the dermatologist couldn’t do it. Once we got into the room he said why are you hear I told him, without looking at my daughter’s wrist or her ex ray he said thats why your hear I said yes explained her primary Dr. Want it removed gave the referral to him he said this is nothing. He said I’m not removing that on her it will grow back again without looking at her or her ex ray. He said go see another Dr. So I snatch my paper and ex ray off his desk and said don’t bill my insurance cause you did nothing. He followed me out of his office yelling down the hall people with insurance like you. And all this other stuff everyone is looking at me and him. I just left and will fill a formal compliant with the board of the hospital.

Dr. Valdez was extremely abrasive. He couldn’t be bothered with listening to the patient. He debated with me about the answers I gave. He asked me a question about how I was feeling and then told me I couldn’t possibly be feeling that way. Excuse me? Don’t ask me how I’m feeling and then debate my answer. You’re my doctor — provide me assistance bc I’m asking for help, not an argument. The exam lasted 30 secs and then he sent me on my way. Horrible bedside manner. Insensitive. Argumentative.
