First time I came here I found a hair in my food and didn’t come back for a while. Came here with a friend and the staff was rude. Also there’s a really weird gross drain next to our sea

Shockingly poor! Staff don’t want to be there. They look miserable and are not pleasant to customers. The serving area looks messy and borderline unhygienic. On the first visit the girl behind he counter was too busy texting to even acknowledge me. I felt so uncomfortable standing there waiting like a dope but I was too polite to say anything. On a positive note you never have to wait too long as it’s always been quite when I’ve been in. On my 5 mins drive home the food seemed to go stone cold. Have visited twice. Never again. Will drive out of my way to chipotle or moes.

Better than chipotle. Food is more flavorful and the options are legit. Service was a little slow. The cashier took a long time but I’m enjoying by burrito. I’d rather come here than chipotle or moe’s. Food combos have a better taste

Tasty food and large portions. Lots of food options. Family friendly. Was too cold last time I was there. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

The food was good and portion is decent. The place is also clean. The servers where distant like they rather be somewhere else. Overall it was an okay experience.

This is my favorite qdobas, the staff is great to me I go there on the regular, almost every other day for lunch. Price is great, specially if you just get rice, beans and meat with a side of guac. I have seen several times when they cook the meat they check the temperature to make sure it is right. Burritos are great I just make sure its a small amount of rice. I like this better then chipotle because its less spicy to me. Overall very good place.

I like eating here occasionally, but Chipotle is nicer. The flavors are somewhat different, so I mix it up. More staff needed here to keep takes clean and straws/napkins stocked. Good is fresh and hot.

This Qdoba has got to get it together. We go quite a bit, but it is always understaffed. Even with 1 person in line, there is maybe two at most behind counter trying to do all the jobs on the line. And for pete’s sake– get jalapenos. Still better than Chipotle but a long way to go to get near Moe’s.

I was really disappointed at how they treat their customers. I went here with a friend to catch up and chat. The place had no people in it. We got drinks and a small bite. We must have been there for about an hour. When we got up to leave we weren’t even out the door yet when the employees started to clap and one shouted out«They’re finally gone!» I would have understood if we had hassled them or been loud and annoying — but we were none of those things. We ordered, sat down, and chatted in the corner — we didn’t even say one more word to them after we ordered our food. If it had been 10:30pm at night, I would have understood too since maybe they were planning on going home– but it was 5:30pm in the afternoon. I am disgusted by their ill manner and inappropriate behavior. I will never set foot into that place again and it’s ashame because their queso is pretty good.

Ugh so bad!!! Food is low quality… Chicken doesn’t feel or taste like chicken. Tried twice and didn’t feel good after twice. Everything is an extra charge. Staff is apathetic. Overall terrible experience. Skip this and head to The Habit across the parking lot

Stick with Moes or Chipotle! Food is just ok. I was hoping they would stick out from the other two but no! I had the chicken quesadilla. chicken was dry. I asked for sour cream on the side. they said would be an extra charge because its not inside the quesadilla. really? chips are bland. add a little salt. will make a difference!

I know this location opened not long ago, so when they messed a bunch of things up with the order, I was understanding because some of the food tasted good. The portions were questionable, but again I figured they would adjust and figure it out. I came in a few weeks later and same terrible issue, plus inappropriate comments from the guy behind the counter. I had given up on the place(didn’t visit for a few months) but just today was really craving a burrito bowl and decided to give them another chance. \ I shouldn’t have. First, the online ordering failed, it said«sorry could not contact the store, call this number» I ordered over the phone and the guy asked several times when I will be there. We settled on 4:45(about 15 minutes from ordering time). I arrived there at about 4:50 and there was only one table with customers and about 4 or 5 employees behind the counter. I saw my pickup order on the counter but it wasn’t ready. 20 minutes since the order in this empty restaurant with 5 employees and my order wasn’t ready. I was pretty annoyed but the guy that spoke English said«sorry we ran out of pork, we had to heat it up» … okay fine, he at least seemed apologetic. then I see the woman simultaneously make my tacos also. I had ordered three tacos, naked burrito bowl and a pork burrito. right before I left to pick up the order, I registered my qdoba rewards card that I found in my wallet from my first visit there, it said«register and receive free chips and salsa or a drink.» I brought this up to the lady ringing me up and she says«no sorry, you have 400 points.» …uh… I don’t. That was my first time scanning the card. Either way, for having a customer wait extra ten minutes for a pickup order that should have been ready, I would have given the goddamn chips and salsa. I ask her if I can speak to a manager and she laughs in my face and says«Which one? there are so many!» Are you serious??? This isn’t a business it’s a circus. To top it off, the heated up pork was the only edible food, my boyfriend enjoyed his burrito, it was hot and tasted good, even though they forgot a couple items. But the rest of the food, the bowl and the tacos were cold. The meat was completely cold and had the texture and smell of catfood. I took one bite and realized I wasn’t going to eat that. I threw it out and made my way to Chipotle, like I should have done in the first place, for any craving of a burrito. I took that«rewards» card from my keychain and threw it in the garbage as I am never planning on returning to that stupid place.

I like this place. 1) For a fast food place, it is expensive. 2) Love the Mexican gumbo. It is awesome! 3) The food comes with decent portions, and it is tasty. Give this place a shot.

The food has promise, but every time I’ve been to this particular location(3 times now), the rice and meats seem like they’ve been sitting around too long. The line is very slow moving — they need more help. The employees are not particularly friendly — they barely speak to you except to ask«black beans or pinto?» No hello, no smile, no thank you. Tables are dirty — trash cans overflowing. I clearly asked for shredded beef, and received chicken. When I pointed out the error, there was no offer to correct it. The location is great and the restaurant is roomy, but they need to get their act together. I’ll give it one more try — if nothing has changed, then that’s it for me.

Tried the mexican gumbo, tacos, chips with salsa, tortilla soup and naked salad. Nothing stood out and the tortilla and Mexican gumbo used the same soup base. Both were extremely salty and cannot stomach at all. The pork tacos were pretty good though. If I want fast food mexican, I’ll stick with other Mexican chains.

Very good Qdoba. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Friendly service and spacey dining area. Only complaint is that at 12pm their machines were already running out of soda… not a good thing And honestly, maybe just me, but the flavors are somewhat bland and dull

Pretty good portions, good taste, good value for price. At least at this location, rice is not the main ingredient. I’ll go back.

This place just opened and It’s walking distance from my office so I gave it a shot, actually two shots. I ordered the veggie wrap once and the veggie bowl the other time, both times the just okay. There is nothing wow or especially tasty about it. Food looks fresh, staff is good, but I would rather just eat elsewhere. I personally would hit up a chipotle instead, it’s that much better to me, and the prices are about the same. Their food just lacks flavor and kick. There is outdoor seating at this location which is nice(community outdoor seating shared with the rest of the restaurants). Overall just average though.
