Absolute Comfort, where do I begin.
When I was at my whit’s end trying to fix my heater I rang a friend who used to do HVAC installs. He told me when he couldn’t figure something out, he would call his buddy who had his own company, Dave of Absolute Comfort Heating and Air. My first impression of Dave was great. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me in plain language. My heater needed a little fine-​tuning. Dave was always «Johnny on the Spot». On day off I text him please let me know when you could come over my heater is having the problems again. Within an hour someone was knocking on my front door. Man, this Dave is like a ninja. After that final tweak haven’t had any problems with my heater. You can ABSOLUTELY trust Dave. He was honest, fair and straightforward with me throughout the process. Being a homeowner, I can take comfort in knowing I don’t have to go looking for another Heating and Air guy, I found mine. Give Dave a call you won’t be disappointed.

I called David at 4:45pm after walking into a hot house after work… He came over about an hour later, did a little investigation, shared a picture of his terribly cute puppy, and fixed the problem all before dinner time! Had our Roseville rental property AC go out on a Saturday during a heatwave. Reached out to Absolute Comfort and Dave was troubleshooting issue within a couple of hours. Loved Dave’s work so much had them out to our house the following day to do a preventative tune up on our split system in Rocklin.
The price was very fair and they explained what was going on with the system in very easy to follow way. This sort of integrity and work ethic is rare in this industry, especially when you call in a state of desperation on a weekend in the middle of a heatwave. Thank you Dave and Stephen for your exemplary service! I have no intention of calling any other HVAC company ever again.

Dave and his crew installed a new AC and heater in our home. They completed the job very quickly, were very professional and courteous, and kept us well informed of the status of the project while they were working. Even though Unilocal says absolute comfort is closed today they came to my house now for the second time on a weekend. The first time it was below freezing on a Sunday morning and they were at my house within 45 minutes because I blew out a capacitor trying to change my thermostat… Today they came within an hour and a half, quickly diagnosed my problem, and fixed it quickly. Great and dependable service and fair prices… highly recommended!

Great Company, very easy to work with. Appointments were not a problem. The Tech (Steven) showed up and told us what he was going to do for an A/​C Tune up before he began. He asked a Few Questions. He then Inspected our 25 Year old Heater, thermostat, and outside Fan. He then listed out the problems and showed me exactly where they are and how he would fix them. I agreed and he began work. Took about 30 – 45 minutes to complete.
He suggested we Perform a few more maintenance items before the summer as well. Wrote a Receipt with everything listed. They accept Credit Card, Cash, and Checks.
Not once did I feel pressured in anyway to buy into some thing I didn’t want/​need. They explained everything from beginning to finish.
Very Reasonable price. I will be calling them in 6 months for the Summer service.

Recently I had a few bids on a mini split purchase and installation. After Bell Bros. told me $ 5k+ I told Dave it was go time. I got the Fujitsu 9,000 BTU model for my master bedroom that is just shy of 500 sq ft. He installed the most efficient ductless mini split system in the world. No, literally… the world. It’s SEER is 27.2, what’s yours? It cools incredibly well and am very happy with the product so far. At this point I can’t speak for the heating option but the air conditioning is great and right on time for summer. Dave and his employee Steven were prompt with their bid and when I have them my business, they were out the next day to do the install. I was very impressed and pleased to get this hooked up so quickly. I ended up moving the location of where I wanted the inverter in the bedroom and Dave didn’t have a problem with that. It did, however, require quite a bit more line set (which isn’t cheap) and Dave didn’t charge me any extra. He stuck with his original quote (which was a really good deal). On top of all of this, Steven came back the next day to remove my old, in wall unit, and patched it from the outside. He also painted the line set cover with paint I provided. To sum it up, Dave goes above and beyond and will back up his work. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort, in fact, Dave is now my «go to» guy for anything HVAC related. Keep up the good work guys.
