Whenever I am in California, Dr. DeLapp is one of the first people I see. His chiropractic adjustments, using an activator, is simply more efficient and painless as compared to the traditional ‘jump on your back’ adjustment. He knows so much more than the average doctor when it comes to nutrition, supplements, and other core health issues as well. I also love the warm welcome I get from Susie, the office manager.
After my auto accident in Colorado, I tried three Chiropractors here. None of them could address the torn rotator cuff injury. I finally decided to fly out to CA to have Dr. DeLapp give my shoulder some much needed relief. In three weeks I had about 12 visits. Thanks to the gentle use of the activator, my shoulder was finally able to heal. Thanks to Dr. Dave, I have avoided surgery!
Normally one would never see him as often as I did, but I was on a time table. If you want to get your body to the point where it can heal itself, I highly recommend Dr. DeLapp. He knows immediately what to adjust. He can also help with things such as a hiatal hernia, small bones in your feet, constipation/​diarrhea, carpel tunnel, and so on. There is no one else that I have found who can adjust my neck painlessly. I simply will never let someone adjust my neck manually again.
One more thing. When you see Dr. Dave for the first time, he will not ask you to spend extra money on an x-​ray in most cases. Through muscle testing, he is able to pinpoint the exact location of your distress and fix it. I highly recommend seeing him immediately after an auto injury, as the sooner you get in to see him, the quicker your healing time. You don’t want to wait for all your muscles to start to compensate for the part that’s been knocked out of place. I learned this the hard way.

Dr Dave DeLapp, is the only chiropractor that after 15 years of numerous chiropractors for scoliosis of the back, related to an auto accident, that was able to relieve the chronic pain of a friend of mine within a few visits. She had never been out of pain in all that time, with all those other traditional chiros… now all she requires are maintenence visits maybe 2x a year, and she has been completely pain free since she started seeing this chiropractor about 8 years ago or whenever it was. Very impressive. I wish I still lived in the Sac area, so I could go for some treatments.
