SEVERAL years ago I discovered ‘Permanent Makeup’. And In a ‘Plastic Surgeon’s’ office I had my eyes, brows, and lips done. (Having PERMANENT makeup tattooed on your FACE requires a lot of investigation before you make this commitment.) Once it goes on… it’s there for a long, long time. You certainly do NOT want someone who doesn’t have a great deal of knowledge, and skill working on your face. — As years wear on, so does the ink in the tattoos.- After several years… I was needing a touch-​up, as my eyeliner and brows had all but disappeared. I called to make an appointment at the plastic surgeon’s office only to discover that their permanent makeup artist had retired. — Thus started my quest in «trying» to locate a TRUE professional who could do the tattooing properly. — I called many places, looking, asking plastic Surgeon’s offices for referrals, reading reviews… on and on it went. — When I called ‘Salon Jolie’ I mentioned to them that the lady, who worked at the plastic surgeon’s office had retired, and I was having to look for another permanent makeup artist. — I quickly discovered that ‘MY’ retired permanent makeup artist was having «Debi“do her makeup. (Debi just happened to be the owner of Jolie’s Salon.) I couldn’t get a better recommendation than knowing that a plastic surgeon’s permanent makeup tattoo artist was having her makeup done at this salon. — I made an appointment, spoke at length with Debi, set an appointment to have both in brows, and eyeliner done. — Took only a couple visits and I have to say the finished product was wonderful, and actually it was better than what I had done at the plastic surgeon’s office. Debi did 3D hair eyebrows. Totally loved it. Took time to make certain that the ink would match my skin tone. Minimal discomfort, and was healed in less than a week. — *Jolie’s Salon isn’t as professional looking as a plastic surgeon’s office, and there is the chatter of the customers in the other room who are having their hair done… but overlooking that, I will say Debi’s work met my extreme expectations. And YES I will recommend her, (I waited almost one year to write this review, as I wanted to see if the tattoo work would stand the test of time. Yes, you will have to have routine touch ups here and there after a few years, that is normal. My permanent makeup looks as fresh as it did a year ago. How nice to wake up each morning and look lovely. 100% satisfied.

Debi did my eyeliner for me recently. I checked around and read many reviews on permanent makeup before deciding to go with Debi. I am so glad I chose her. thank you to everyone who wrote prior reviews as it helped me to make a great choice! Debi took the time to listen to what I wanted and to explain exactly what she was doing and what to expect. I could tell right away that she takes pride in what she does. She is a perfectionist in her work and I am the luck recipient of it. Thank you Debi, for a job extremely well done. I appreciate you more than you know.

Debi was my instructor for Permanent Makeup in 2012. I would describe her as truly the best! I absolutely love her and Kathie of course! They both have been very welcoming and helpful. She was great as a fundamentals instructor. She has offered help and support whenever I’ve needed it. Thank you Debi for always being a mentor to me, my PERMANENT MAKEUP MOM :)

Deb did my eye liner and eyebrows years ago. I loved it. She did an amazing job fixing someone else’s error. I moved back to Southern California and when I needed a touch up, I called and she fit me in. She did a fabulous job. I will fly back in the future. She has a great gift

I’m shocked to see any negative reviews for Debi, and the salon! I have had my eyeliner, and lips done. I loved mine so much that I gifted my mom to have lips, and eyebrows done. My mom and I both look fantastic!!! The colors are gorgeous, Debi made a lip color that I get compliments on all the time, and my eyeliner is perfect. I look put together even on days when I roll out of bed. My moms eyebrows are a perfect shape, Debi is a professional, a perfectionist, and is simply the best.

I had an excellent experience with permanent eyebrows by Debi. Her work is to the highest professional standards, and she took great care to make sure everything was precisely right. She also takes great care to make sure your experience is as painless as possible, which I much appreciated. I truly got a new look as a result of her «fixing» my eyebrows which I’d completely over-​plucked in my teenage years. I have been showered with compliments, and am very happy with the result.

I had my permanent eyebrows done by Jeremy and I am VERY, VERY HAPPY. It is so nice to not have to draw them on anymore. He was most pleasant and professional. He also told me if I had any issues to call him and come back in and he would fix anything. I wish I would have had it done sooner, but was told by people it was very painful. I am here to say there was no pain at all during the procedure just a little tenderness the next day and that was all. I give them 5 stars for a reason. Thank you Jeremy.

I had a horrible experience with permanent eyebrows from Debi. The shape was completely wrong and did not at all follow my own line. The corners were very harsh and dark. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying to correct, with laser removal at dermatologist and correction with a method called «soft tap», which I’d definitely recommend. This is «permanent», so think twice.

I recently had my eyebrows done by Debi at Salon Jolie. They are perfect! With her brush stroke technique they look so natural that people don’t even notice I had them done. Then when I tell them that I got permanent make up they want to look closer because my brows don’t look «drawn on» (which is how most people I’ve told picture permanent brows to be).
The staff has always been friendly and courteous! I have already referred 2 people which have had their brows done as well and they love theirs just as much as I love mine! I love waking up with perfect brows! I tell everyone about Debi and how much I love what she does!

My wife recently used their services for «permanent eye liner» and she is quite happy with the work performed by Debi (owner).

I’ve wanted permanent lip color for many years but was nervous about the reds and unnatural lip lines others might like, but I don’t. Then I met Debi Walker at Sac Permament Cosmetics and believed I had finally found the true artist I could trust, so I jumped into the world of permanent makeup. She mixed a beautiful natural color for me that could not be more perfect for my skin tone. Just enough vibrance and softness — like when you find that perfect shade of lipstick. I am stoked. The procedure itself was virtually painless. And though no one can escape the normal swelling and peeling that is part of the healing process, I was provided with the right products and instructions to get through it with a minimum of discomfort. Debi is a perfectionist. I would recommend her without reserve to anyone. Can’t wait to get my eyeliner done.

The atmosphere and staff are beautiful!!! Warm zen like feeling with upbeat spunk. I highly recommend going in and best part is they work with you on what options are best for you!!!
