Have come here many times no issue, today I was in a hurry to get my wife’s car smogged, well into normal business hours the shop is closed, no signage and the phone just rings and rings, no away message etc. Very disappointing.

I highly recommend going here for a smog! Yes it’s a little small and run down but the customer service is great! I believe the gentleman that help us was Steven! There was only one customer ahead of me and I was in and out writhing 20 minutes. I have never been able to get a smog that quickly. Great over all experience and treated my bmw with respect as well.

Polite, quick and professional. I went and got my car smogged and was in and out in about 15 minutes (i got there shortly after opening) so fast i didn’t even drink ½ my cup of tea… lol…anyways i would highly recommend this establishment and will be back when its «that time» again… thanks Steve !!!

Consistently professional, speedy, polite, and responsive. This is the only place we’ll get our vehicles smog-​checked now. I like the set-​up they use to test the vehicles. I’ve seen some places that look like run down shacks, while others put your car on a 30% incline that scares the crap out of me. Not here though – clean facility and no crazy contraptions holding my car in a off-​roading position!
Download the coupon online and print it before you come in, or bring in any competitor’s coupon and they’ll honor it!
I call in advance to find our how long the wait is (although there never has been a wait when I call so I just zip in). This last visit was around 12 minutes at most.
They make the whole (annoying) smog check process a lot easier to deal with!

We just moved here and finding good service shops takes time. After reading lots of Unilocal reviews, I skipped going to the Midas around the corner from me and drove 10 minutes because of the good reviews. The service I received at San Juan Auto Smog was excellent. Even with 2 people ahead of me I was on my way in just under 30 minutes.

I saw Unilocal reviews and San Juan auto smog was way up there and so I took my town and country which I just brought from Virginia so that I could get it registered in California. The fellow that did the smog check only works there on Mondays but he was great and very personable and I’ll definitely take my other cars there from here on now that I’m in California.

Quick service, very helpful! We came in like 10 minutes before closing (by accident) and the employee still took us in. The process was done in less than 15 minutes. We’re very happy with the service. This was the second time we came and we will definitely return.

Rolled in after finding my other smog place is closed for the rest of the month for some reason. He was quick, friendly and very capable of answering my questions. The price was very competitive. To be honest, the other station may have just lost a customer. I need to get my truck done here shortly and I’m probably going to drag it back here.

They are certified and send your info to the DMV electronically, but they also give you a paper copy in case something goes wrong.
I paid $ 40 using their coupon I got off the internet.
They don’t take appointments, but I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm and there was only one person before me getting the same thing done. I probably was there for a total of 20 mins? Not that long at all! I was quite happy with the service, the guy there was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the price, the speed, and the service, and will definitely be coming back!

Great smog check place, the proprietor was friendly and efficient. I down loaded and printed the coupon before I left, it saved me $ 20. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 pm. Though it’s 10 miles from my home and many places are closer, I’ll be comming to this Smog Check from now on.
