History

Established in 1999.

In 1999 we were managing 544 multi family residential properties. In 2004 we were approached with getting licensed to move up into corporate and manage multiple large fast paced communities. Instead of taking that path, we had decided that the market was changing, prices were at an all time high and it was a good time to move into sales. We began at Coldwell Banker, at the same time persuing a Certificate of Real Estate from American River College than an Associate of the Arts degree in Real Estate which now I proudly have. I am now working on a Bachelors in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs at Sacramento State. In late 2005 the bubble popped and we quickly and successfuly persued and inventory in the REO/​Bank owned market, where we have been selling large quantities of foreclosed homes, while helping distressed home owners come to a successful short sale on their under water homes.
