Call me lucky, but this builder built my house and I had zero issues with it from construction and during the time I lived ij it. When I asked for anything it was done and Kenny Hobbs and his staff were a pleasure to work with.
I moved to TX or I would still be living in it. I’ve had two more built since then and not any house since that time was constructed and well built as this company built me. I mean solid and beautiful. When I sold my house in 2000, in a downward market, I still earned over 30K clear when it sold. I attribute this to the sold construction and beauty of my house.
Knowing what i know now I was lucky to work with ethical contractors in Kentucky
