Vazquez Tree Service & Landscaping

The owner of this business, Hector, knocked on my door soliciting work. I rate him low because his crew spiked my large, tall tree with climbing spurs and damaged my tree all the way up the trunk. Apparently there are no rules in Virginia which prohibit this practice as there are in MD (he apparently does tree work in MD too) but this is a bad practice which can potentially kill your tree (google it). His crew did clean up well after completing work. Before I realized how much damage his climber did to my tree, I had asked him to give me an estimate for another service. He said he needed to come back so we set up a date and time. He did not show up and did not call. I write this because I was looking for reviews on his company before agreeing to the work and did not find any. Hopefully this will help someone else.
