Access Plus

I was looking to rent a fully reclining wheelchair for my father so we could take him on short trips with us. I called Access Plus late evening and was pleasantly surprised by the courteous assistance. They didn’t have what I was looking for and he was very apologetic and sweet. I had left my desk for a few minutes and saw that I had a missed call from Access Plus. So I called back and it was to suggest I check out The Medical House in Falls Church. I found what I was looking for and thank Access Plus for it. I give him 5 stars because of his good nature and kindness in coming to my assistance when I had a need. I have had very few people who would be so considerate to go out of their way to give me information while putting aside their business interests. If ever I need a regular wheel chair I will always use Access Plus.

I needed a wheelchair to rent for a three day weekend. The gentleman could not have been more cooperative and accomodating (including a Sunday evening return). The wheelchair itself was clean, like new and top-​notch. I will definitely use this service again!

My parents and grandma were coming into town to visit, and I needed to rent a wheelchair. This place came up on google and I looked skeptical but it had 2 reviews so I tried calling. The guy runs it out of his house, and he was very friendly. He was able to rent me a wheelchair on minimal notice. I believe his price is minimum $ 24 for 3 days, $ 8 for extra days. He asked if I could come earlier to pick it up, and when I did he took off one day of the price! Great guy, easy pick up location. The wheelchair was probably stainless steel, and is your typical foldable wheechair, and also has detachable folding footrests. The wheelchair isn’t light, but any able bodied man should be able to lift it.
