Ordered cake pops for my sister’s baby shower and they were such a hit! The cake pops were absolutely delicious! They were very moist and had great flavor. I got so many compliments from them too! They were super cute! Mercedes was very pleasant to work with and knew exactly what I wanted when I was explaining the theme to her. I did a bee and flowers theme and it turned out perfect! I highly recommend and will be ordering again for other occasions!

These cake pops are absolutely delicious, super cute, and the perfect addition to any party! My mother-​in-​law ordered them for my rehearsal dinner, and I was blown away! They perfectly matched my wedding colors, were deliciously moist and flavorful and the decorations are gorgeous. They were seriously the most delicious cake pops I have ever had, (and I have had a lot!) I loved them so much, I ordered them for a bridal shower I was throwing. The cakepops were shipped to North Carolina, exactly when I needed them, and in perfect condition! And there are so many delicious flavors, choosing which ones to order is the hardest part!
Mercedes is an absolute treat to work with. She is helpful with quantity advice, shipping times, and handling instructions to make sure your order is successful! She sent me the tracking number of the package so I could make sure they arrived on-​time! She was professional, easy to work with, and super friendly! This is a truly delicious and beautiful product! Besides being a party decoration presented in a lovely basket, they are so good! EVERYONE was sad to see the last one get gobbled up! The website recommends ordering 2 pops per person and they are right! We ordered more than that and there were none left!
I live out of state and needed something special for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. The owner, Mercedes, is helpful, kind, gracious, talented and dependable! She immediately understood the bride’s vision and produced a vast array of the most gorgeous confections (on a stick no less!!) that perfectly matched the wedding colors!

I was planning a baby shower for my wife with her friends and my only job was to order cake pops. Cake pops? I know how to eat it but didn’t know how to order them.
I called Custom Cake Bites and the owner understood in few seconds that I did not know what I was talking about. She was really friendly and helpful. She explained everything in detail and helped me in deciding the flavors, designs, counts etc.
I had a last minute request to wrap each cake pop and she did it without any issues and I got them on time. Everyone at the baby shower loved it and I got to take some really good pictures (now that I know about).

My company ordered custom cake balls from Mercedes for a conference we were exhibiting at. They were the best cake balls I’ve ever had — So moist! And Mercedes, the owner and cake artist, did such a great job of making the five flavors we had really stand out and pop for those walking by our booth. People were commenting that the goodies were the best thing at the whole conference. Five stars!

This business is fantastic! Beautiful cakepops, delicious flavors, and – most importantly – reliable, convenient, friendly, and professional service! I e-​mailed Mercedes with general thoughts for what I needed for a baby shower; she was very responsive and helpful. She delivered the cakeballs to my home in DC on a Saturday (and on time!) – not only were the cakepops perfect, but she had arranged them in a baby blue carrier that doubled as an ideal display. I found this company on Unilocal.I contacted them via email with a particular request. One of my brothers was complaining that I had accepted some cake pops while selling some of our mom’s estate. He demanded his share and threatened me with a DOJ investigation.
Mercedes went along with the «feud» and even took a blackmail picture of him accepting a «bribe.» She was even willing to deliver late on a Sunday evening.
The cake pops were a smashing success for me in my family battle with my brother and he told me the cake pops were great to look at and he and his friends devoured with all with alacrity and gusto in one evening.
I live in California and conducted all my business via Email [and PayPal] and Mercedes gave me constant updates [including incriminating photos] and displayed a great sense of fun as well. She helped me trump my brother and he called off the DOJ investigation this Monday… and the cake pops looked lovely and tasted great [I am told].

I placed an order for a rain themed baby shower just a few days before the event. Mercedes delivered hand decorated, cleanly wrapped, seriously delicious cake pops.

We ordered a bunch of cake pops for my baby boy’s arrival party. We ordered a baby themed ones. They came out so cute. Everyone loved them. The owner is very friendly and she is kind enough to accommodate any late pickups. Can’t wait to order some more.

Customer service was super friendly, easy-​going, and they were just willing to work with us. We even sent a text message at a very early hour to ask if we could get them a little sooner (before a snow storm hit). And we got a reply within minutes!

Mercedes was wonderful to work with. I served them at an adult birthday party — a big, beautiful display 72 cake pops! Mercedes made chocolate, vanilla and red velvet — different tops, colors, etc., — all looked and tasted great. Red velvet was the best!

Mercedes was a pleasure to work with. I ordered 2 dozen (12 Vanilla and 12 Chocolate) as party favors for the adults attending my 4 year old’s birthday party. Well needless to say, they were gone in a New York minute. They were moist and delicious, and had a wonderful flavor. Price is a bit steep at $ 2.50 pop, especially since its gone in 2, bites but you get what you pay for. So if your up for spending a pretty penny it’s well worth the splurge!

How often do you get a sweet treat that tastes as good as it looks? or looks as good as they taste? these cake pops do it both. High quality taste, look and presentation. I have purchased these for a few holiday dinners or events and they have been a big hit!

I wanted to make sure I did, because I always want to see fabulous businesses do well. Mercedes did a super job coordinating the colors we used in the invitations and decorations, with the cake bites. She did the sweetest, very personalized presentation with them. She really went out of her way. Her service definitely exceeds 5 stars! The cake bites were incredibly moist and the perfect size for a sweet treat or as part of the party favors.

Absolutely beautiful… and so creative! The perfect treat for any occasion and just the right size. Bite size — not the overwhelming/​over-​rated cupcake. They are soooo delicious — perfect cake consistency on a stick. You’ve got to try them!

Love these yummy treats! I buy these cake bites every chance I can. The quality of the cake pops far exceed those of Starbucks and any other bites in the area. Their flavors range from vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake and gluten free. The designs that they make are very creative, colorful, and customizeable.
