I don’t like to review someone unless I have something positive to say, but after 5 terrible appointments at this office, I had to warn the general web community. I have seen Dr. Ain about a knee injury and have been brushed to the side as if it’s not important. I run recreationally, so I am sorry, it is important to me. I have not waited less than an hour for any appointment I have been to, and the office staff is absolutely terrible! I would recommend you see anyone else but this man. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Just had an appointment with Dr. Brent Ain for an inflamed bursa sac in my elbow. His explanation of the problem and the cure was exactly what I had researched on the web. He drained bursa, gave me a cortisone shot, and told me to come back if there were any more problems. Enjoyed his very personable and professional approach.

*** it really is 3.5 stars*** I like Dr. Ain. I have seen him for knee problems, a broken thumb, a fractured hand and reconstructive foot surgery. He is great when it comes to the foot or the knee! He worked with me to fit in my foot surgery while i was home from college(he operated on the day after Christmas) and is highly entertaining. He is the«team doctor» for the school i teach at and all the kids like him. However i do agree with the complaints about the waiting room. Its very frustrating to have to wait, especially when you often hear«well theres not a whole lot i can do» or if its just a cast check or something. But as long as you have a good book, it really isn’t that bad. The front office staff is definitely not the friendliest but can be if you try to be nice! I thought he was very professional with the fact that when i approached him about performing my second foot surgery he was able to refer me to someone else he trusted that he thought would do a much better job. I know people who have issues with Dr. Ain and its understandable. I can definitely see how he would rub someone the wrong way! Or be frustrated. And i honestly can’t say that if something happened to me that was non knee related(like arm or back) i would probably see someone else. But for the knee, Dr. Ain is where i’m going to go.
