We are proud to say that Draper’s & Damon’s has been in business for over 85 years. Our founder, Virginia Draper, opened Draper’s Studio of Modes in 1927. Her dream was to sell «smart things to wear», as well as provide the very best customer service. Little did she know her dream would flourish into dozens of retail shops nationwide, an online store, and an annual catalog circulation of over 30 million. Through the years, we have become even more successful by building on our heritage while exploring new fashion trends for the mature woman who values sophistication, comfort and expert quality. But there’s one thing that hasn’t changed: Virginia’s original belief in superior service. Our own in-house designers create many of our best selling styles, often times incorporating our customers’ feedback and personal requests. Additionally, our in-store stylists establish lasting relationships with customers, ensuring personal attention and perfect sizing.
