Usually, I have no issues with this Dunkin’ Donuts, despite the donuts and muffins not being baked on site. The majority of the staff are friendly and accommodating, from the manager and shift leader who are always polite to the ladies who work there. On occasion, they are out of a donut or muffin that someone in my household wants, so I have to make a trip to another location for that one. Recently, however, I experienced an attitude from one of the coffee servers. I had ordered and was looking at a message on my phone and did not hear him call the coffee over the din of orders and the television, not to mention conversations of other patrons, and that the order was called out from behind the coffee machines, not at the half counter where orders are usually delivered. When the staff member repeated the call out, it was with a surly tone, and a look of disdain that I did not appreciate. The irony is the message that I had received was from someone at my house asking me to pick up other coffees, and donuts, and munchkins, which I had to get at another Fairfax-area DD because of the poor customer service. I guess this location doesn’t mind turning down an extra $ 25 in business from a customer already in their establishment waiting to complete an order. Despite the recent negative experience, and occasionally being out of donuts, it is a convenient location, and the majority of the people who work there do have a good attitude and are friendly. I also forget the Perks plan, and only a couple of people there ask if I use it.

They were out of all but glazed and 2 coconut donuts at 11 am on a Sunday. Not 2 o’clock or 4 or 5. 11 am and that was my choice for a dozen donuts. The clerk seemed to think it was cute that they were out instead of being apologetic. Pathetic management. If you can’t deliver donuts, your namesake, then why be in business. I feel bad for anyone who wasted their time coming later in the day. They should’ve closed up shop.

Just picked up 3 dozen all with sprinkles for my son’s class for his birthday. Despite being really busy, the staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. Great multitaskers! The manager, Mwando, handled my order with a smile. Thank you!

My understanding they now have new ownership, I visit this location frequently when I’m in this area. I have the Dunkin app and I alway do the surveys so I can enjoy the free donuts, this location prints a receipt with the survey yet they refuse to take the recruits to redeem the free donut, for his reason I’m rating a 1 star. I would think this Dunkin shouldn’t print such receipts if they don’t intend to honor them.

The staff here is so kind and are always smiling. The lady had made me hash browns but felt they were still a little too cold, so she had me try one(they were cold) so she made me a fresh batch. THAT is great customer service. As a person who is already in love with DD, this visit reminded me as to why I love the company.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in Northern Virginia. These guys get it. Their service starts with their manager and carries through the team there. They’ve gone out of their way to support George Mason basketball and feature posters, t-shirts and fan gear all over the store. They’re part of the community and fans of the team. They even do green and gold donuts the days of Mason basketball home games. Outstanding staff and store makes them stand out from other locations.

Im not usually a DD customer, but I went in today with free vouchers from my workplace. The manager(I assume?) was very nice, genuine, and efficient. All things I value in customer service! I got a coffee and donut, both of which were ready in literally a minute. Coffee isn’t as strong as I prefer, but happy they put the right amount of cream and sugar in for me. Great way to start off a dark, rainy, early morning workday!

I really like this Dunkin Donuts and stop there once a week. It used to be a garage but they converted it and have the 2 garage doors that open in nice weather. They are very friendly and fairly quick with getting your coffee! I only wish they baked the donuts on site because they run out of chocolate munchkins early in the day!

Just stopped in this location with my 3-year old son. It’s his birthday today and the staff were all very sweet and enthusiastic about it being his birthday! They all told him happy birthday, and even gave him a free donut! As we were leaving they all made it a point to tell him happy birthday again, and to enjoy his day. My son left this Dunkin Donuts feeling truly special! Thank you guys for setting the customer service bar a little higher for everyone!

I love this Dunkin Donut location. The staffs are extremely friendly, and helpful. They even remember my orders since I visit them quite often, The manger is super friendly and sincere. The store is very clean and never smells bad. I have been to lots of locations and this one always know how to make my drinks the way I like it. They sometimes even give me free donut.

Really nice Dunkin Donuts. I ordered 2 donuts, the limited time, Oreo Cheesecake, and Rasberry Cheesecake donuts. Yumm! They’re shaped like squares, and the cheesecake filling is in the center, so eating the outside you don’t get much cheesecake. Rasberry is flavored by the sprinkles on top, Oreo is flavoured by iced glaze and oreo cookie crumbles. I could have gone for more oreo flavor, it didn’t really stand out. Nevertheless, I devoured them within minutes. Fairly new, clean, spacious. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. Free wifi plus a flat screen tv inside up on th wall. Service was polite and quick. Only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they did not mention their rewards program. Similar to starbucks, you load money on the card, use it in order to earn points, rewards receive and discounts off beverages. I will be back!

This morning 8 – 12 people in line and ONE guy working. Inexcusable! Must be a greedy franchise owner who’s more concerned about profit than customer service. This owner should visit the University Mall location; they have 4 – 5 people working and run like a well-oiled machine. I left the long line and went elsewhere. Sorry Main Street DD — I’ll never be back.

My wife bought donut holes the other evening and when she got home, about 10 minutes later, she found that some of the holes were hard. She talked to the shift leader the next day and was told that the donuts are delivered at 1:00am and that the sugar coated donuts tend to get old fast., If the shift leader knows that, why are they even selling them? The chocolate covered ones she got tasted fresh.

I really did like this dunkin donuts, they are always friendly and get my order right. Today however I went in and ordered my iced coffee, and the guy behind the counter handed me a hot coffee, when I politely said it was supposed to be iced, he proceeded to tell me to tell the cashier if I wanted it iced… I did and it even said so on my receipt. Later tonight I went in to get another coffee(I like coffee) and the door was wide open so I walked in and nobody was behind the counter. I looked around, said hello made some noise and nobody came out. I’m very disappointed because this was my favorite Dunkin donuts to go to.

This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I’ve been in business management for years and I’m going to steal their cashier, Murwando(sp?). Lol. Such a positive guy, upselling me on the combo and gave me a high five. I don’t think I’ve ever bought a combo at Dunkin’ Donuts! Product was fresh, coffee was nice and hot. I think anybody that gives this place less than 5 stars is rigid, soulless, and impossible to please.

I have been here once before with no issues but it was months ago. Visited on Friday which happened to be Halloween and it was a spooky experience. Noonish after my lunch so I wanted coffee and a donut. Walk in to find no one at the counter. major chatfest in kitchen and one female employee apparently dining at a table from where she literally shouts«Hey ya’ll — there is a customer out front» then she went back to her nibbles. Donuts: I had my choice of either a pumpkin or a choc filled. There simply wasn’t anything else to choose from and this seemed so bizarre to me. Young male saunters out and takes my order THEN he takes 2 more orders working solo and THEN he fills my order as I stand there. There were at least 3 employees present so I am not sure if this is typical or not. No «Sorry for the wait» or anything except my total. This location felt as if it has recently gone under a new manager or something.
