History
Established in 2004.
Dr. Hess started Hess Plastic Surgeyr in 2004 following graduation from the Georgetown University Hospital six year Integrated Plastic Surgery Program. Originally established in Sterling, Virginia, Hess Plastic Surgery moved to their newly built office in Fairfax, Virginia in April 2008. The spa-like atmosphere of this new office is a warm and relaxing envirnment where patients feel comfortable and at ease discussing their cosmetic goals.
