I am utterly appalled that their motto is «Making life easier for everyone.» They didn’t make my life easier, far from it. In fact they made my life quite hard for several hours. JNA came highly recommended from another medical transport service, whom I called when I needed to get an elderly relative to a surgical appointment at a hospital. This person cannot walk and is too large for me to carry about, so we needed a medical transport that would bring a wheelchair and bring us to and from the hospital. Sounds pretty straight forward, right? I arranged the appointed arrival for the next day and that was no problem. In fact, they helped me save some money by advising me to not hire two drivers because they could accomplish the job with one. That was the only positive. The guy arrived late(about 15 minutes) and later admitted that they hadn’t really done their homework on the address that I had clearly given them the other day. Not a great start. Then we had to use a total of three wheelchairs to get the relative from their house to the hospital because the one they usually use is too big for a doorway. Seriously? You have to be more prepared than that. Anyhow, when they left us at the hospital the guy asked for a approximate time for pick-up, which I gave him and he instructed me to call the dispatcher should it change. Due to the unpredictability of knowing when exactly you’re going to leave a hospital, I dutifully called the dispatcher a few times to give them a heads up about my best guesses. Finally, when I had the right time I called them and nobody answered the phone. They call back 10 minutes later to tell me all the drivers had gone home and couldn’t help me out, not even with a recommended service to get my relative home. That’s pretty bad customer service. In fact, it’s horrible. How dare they strand me and my family at the hospital without their promised ride home. Do not ever use this place if you can help it. Red Top Cab would be a safer bet.
