This is truly a hidden gem! I’ve been here a few times and also paid for my parents to get a massage and we all love it! Reasonable prices and very relaxing environment. I always ask for Tim, he takes his time and truly helps relieve tension that I have. Only reason I am not giving it 5 starts is because, I was charged for a «free» aromatherapy afterwards since I used the student discount and it is already heavily discounted. Other than that, the massages Tim gives are great!

I have been going to Jus Massage for over a year now. Tony was recommended by my friend and I will never regret switching from Massage Envy to Jus Massage! I have fibromyalgia and consider bi-​monthly massages a medical necessity for pain management. Tony is the best massage therapist I have ever used. He incorporates Chinese methods of Gua Sha and cupping as well as expert massage techniques. If you are a member you get a discount which is a bonus! So worth it!

Been to many places here in the US, and overseas; paid a lot of money for fancy. The Jus Massage is a hidden gem! The place is family owned and the owners are great people. The manager Peggy will make sure you are getting the best service. The staff is extremely professional, and since I was getting a facial, I would like to say that Van is an aesthetician you MUST see if you care about your skin. My skin is prone to acne, she knows exactly what products and procedures to use.

I have seen three massage therapists here, each with a very different style. Joanne was very relaxing and Van focused on stretching. But Tony is my go-​to for nearly 3 years now and he helps with my chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have also seen the acupuncturist here, only once, and had an overall good experience. For me, however, massage offers more immediate results paired with overall relaxation. I have also received a few facials, from both Van and Birgit, but my favorite service continues to be massage with Tony.

While the masseuse was very skilled, the bed squeaked the entire time ruining my mood. I paid $ 10 extra for an aromatherapy with equated to one shot of lavendar that lasted about 40 seconds. The bed was hot — sooooooo hot I was sweating and the the massage lasted 41 mins and not 50. I hate being shaved for minutes. So while the massage itself was great, the atmosphere, cheap add ons, bad bed (no music!) and nothing to relax by, it was terrible.

I first got a massage from Jus back in August under their «New Members» special for $ 49. I had the massage with Marlene and it was the worst massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had lots of massages!). She just kind of rubbed my skin over and over in the same spots until they became numb. I did not know a massage could be so terrible!
I would not have gone back except I also had a Living Social coupon and this time, I got Laurel, who was AWESOME! I liked her so much that I bought one of those memberships for $ 69/​month. Then, of course, as soon as I was locked in for six months, Laurel changed her days to only work two days a week, which didn’t work with my schedule. :(I tried a couple of other people, who were good, but not as great as Laurel. I’m going to cancel after six months.
One more thing — I accidentally left my watch there after a massage one day and asked the manager to mail it me since I wouldn’t be back for another month. Two months late– still no watch.

I’ve been going to Jus Massage monthly since they opened over 3 years ago. I’ve gone to a handful of therapists over the years, but my favorites are by far Tony, Reggie and Juliette. They are professional, have great technique and don’t chat your ear off. They let you relax and enjoy! Which I desperately need because I’m a stressed out Realtor.
I live in DC and travel to Fairfax just to go here! That should tell you something.
They used to be in a fancier space, but Massage Envy pushed them out of their lease. Don’t be fooled. Massage Envy’s got nothing on these guys. Their new space is still conveniently located, clean and comfortable. And their staff is still just as friendly.
If you’re looking for a great massage, I highly recommend these guys. If you’re looking for a place with fancy frills, you’re better off going to Red Door where they’ll charge you $ 50 more for cucumber water and a robe :)

My husband and I have a membership at Jus Massage to «force» us to get monthly massages. We’ve seen several therapists and never had a bad massage. After a year of trying different people, we’ve settled into our favorites. We don’t love the new location but the service and the massages are the same and worth every cent we pay. I’ve had massages in some of the finest spas in this country and each and every massage I’ve had at Jus Massage is equal to or better than those. I highly recommend Jus Massage in Fairfax.

Throughout the appointment making process, the confirmation, check in and check out, I was very pleased with the professionalism at Jus Massage. There is a tone carried by people who like their jobs and it seems that everyone I dealt with at Jus Massage had this characteristic. It’s nice to feel like you’re an appreciated customer.
My 12:00 massage started at 12:16. My massage finished at 1:05pm. I have to say Morel was incredible. Very precise movements, great technique, so relaxing. She gave one of the best massages I’ve received. Morel was professional, courteous and quiet. I felt like she took what I said and really did a great job massaging my head, neck and shoulders. I felt extremely relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.
The only reason I took away .5 star
I arrived a couple minutes late (read: 3) and I was acknowledged and filled out the paperwork. I’d been told that things were running a little behind. A few minutes later, I see my masseuse and she says, «It’ll just be a minute,» but did not explain why. Later I found out it was because the room was still occupied by the patron before. Since I saw Morel wondering about, talking about their shirt sizes being too big, etc. etc., I would have appreciated a more distinct response as to why I was waiting. It was perplexing. Had I arrived early as they’d suggested, I could’ve waited nearly 25 minutes. This is the only reason I gave 4.5 stars. My wait overall was slightly over 10 minutes. Not a big deal, but I know anyone would be confused if they could not begin their massage, but their masseuse was flitting about the lobby.

Ive been to Jus Massage a few times and have always been impressed with there availability of appointments. I’m one of those last minute people, and they have always been able to accommodate me. The front office staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly I would recommend massages by Reggie or Tony. They are good. Ive had a few massages by the female massage therapist there and wasn’t really impressed. The first massage there is $ 49 which is a great value. Your following massages are $ 79 if you are not a member. If paying full price, and I had more time to plan I’d go elsewhere. There are enough spa’s competing with one another in this area that most places have coupons and what not, so if I had to pay full price, I probably wouldn’t come here.

I tried this place twice because they have great prices, but honestly I would have been better off forking up a little more cash for a better place, rather than leaving here feeling like I got ripped off AND still having sore muscles. I gave it another shot after the first so-​so experience, and the second was twice as bad. The masseuse asked where I was feeling tense but barely even touched that spot throughout the entire massage. I told her I had a lot of discomfort in my shoulders and neck, yet she spent the whole massage lightly rubbing my face and head. Yes rubbing, not even applying any pressure. Plus, she talked too much. I was more stressed and uncomfortable when I left than when I walked in. Never ever again!

the front desk people were knowledgeable and nice. they were able to accommodate me for a same-​day appointment on a saturday. (if a last minute appointment is easy to make, my expectations are usually low.)
i was not impressed with my therapist. she seemed unsure of herself and her massage technique reflected her lack of confidence.
basically, i got what i paid for.

Best massage of my life. I had NO problem with my masseuse Tony. I have never been more relaxed or had a better massage. I was in town from LA and have gone to countless spas in my life… and while I wish they had some sort of aromatherapy etc. the massage itself was unforgettable.

Nice front desk, not bad atmosphere, but massage was terrible. The masseuse spoke to much and had horrible technique.
You get what you pay for! The best masseuse I’ve found in the area is at the Christie-​Adams Salon in Fair Oaks…
