History

Established in 2004.

Kim became a REALTOR in 2004 and successfully survived one of the worst Real Estate markets in US history. She was able to grow her business year over year during a challenging market. In a business where nearly 1 in 4 REALTORS Didn’t Sell Anything Last year she was ranked in the top 4% of REALTORs nationwide for 2013. In 2013 Kim was inducted into the prestigious RE/​MAX Hall of Fame and became a Lifetime NVAR Top Producer based on her sales success. She has dreamed of being a REALTOR since High School and is thrilled to be living her dream. She believes that true passion breeds success and this has lead her to offer superior customer service and strive to have cutting edge industry knowledge.

A Northern Virginia native who currently resides in Fairfax County, Kim Darwaza offers clients not only a solid commitment to one-​on-​one service, but a specialized knowledge of the local market that only a lifelong resident can. Coupled with her desire to be a REALTOR® since high school she truly loves what she does which allows her to provide superior customer service to all of her clients. After high school she attended Virginia Tech and earned a B.S. in Finance from the Pamplin College of Business. After graduating from Virginia Tech she was a «Big Five» Management Consultant. This business background laid the foundation for running her own business, developing her marketing plan and strong work ethic which has helped her to successfully serve her clients needs.
