Established in 1978.

Opened in 1978, the Letnick Law Firm, PLC is a family-​owned business focusing on family law, criminal law, and traffic law matters. Our family law attorney is almost entirely referral based as a result of years of continued admiration and loyalty of his clients. Our traffic and criminal attorney is in court nearly everyday and is routinely in front of the same judges and prosecutors in Northern Virginia. He is a respected and trusted advocate and has had the privilege of representing many clients referred to him, including those referred from police officers, judges, and other members of the legal community.

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your case either by telephone or in our office. We will discuss likely outcomes and work together to determine the proper course of action for you case whether it be a trial, or negotiate a plea or settlement. Business Owner

Robert Letnick has been in practice since 1978. His practice is exclusively family law, including divorce, property settlement agreements, asset division, spousal support and child support, child custody, and other family law related matters.

Mr. Letnick will explore settlements options in an effort to resolve the case amicably if possible and to reduce the cost to the client. Mr. Letnick will also fully litigate a case if necessary and will be an aggressive advocate for his client. His vast experience gives him the unique ability to advise clients on likely outcomes, including how a Judge may rule on a matter given the facts of that particular case. Mr. Letnick is very competitive and his goal is to succeed for each client.

He works closely with his son, Jeremy Letnick, who focuses on traffic cases and criminal cases. While both lawyers focus on different areas of law, their unique legal experiences gives the client a distinct advantage in their cases.
