Lil Italian Pizza

This is a small restaurant which appears to mainly serve carry out and delivery. I came with two other people and we ordered the Mozzarella sticks and a large pepperoni and bacon pizza. I was not disappointed with either. We all got drinks to go with our meal also and the total came to under $ 30!
The people working there were nice and our food came out quickly.
I will definitely be back. I hope they deliver to my area!

It’s an excellent version of a neighborhood Italian place. I love the turnovers (like calzones) and the salads. The turnovers look beautiful out of the oven, golden brown, slightly glowing. The Greek salad always has fresh vegetables, I’ve never seen any wilted greens, and the feta and dressing are both serviceable. A great place to have nearby.

Yummy food. Ive tied subs, pizza and especially the gyro. Delicious! Cant go wrong. The staff is friendly. My company orders from here for events now because they are so well liked!

Love, love, love this place. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I usually order their buffalo chicken pizza, which is fantastic! This is not your «chain pizzeria». If you are looking for authentic quality pizza, this is it. They deliver or will have your order ready to pick up in a reasonable amount of time. Also, my husband loves the Gyro, so check that out too.

I just had a very disturbing experience and literally, about 3 minutes ago.
So, after looking up places on Unilocal I decided to go with this restaurant due to excellent reviews. However, within 60 seconds of my phone call… the person on the other side seemed extremely rude and not interested in my business. I provided my address and he started to mumble something and said «what is this… we don’t deliver here… okay no problem what’s your order…» I didn’t appreciate the negative attitude and responded by saying to this person that he might not be interested in my business. I just said that and he said «I’m not interested in your business, we don’t deliver to your kind…» I can only assume that he saw my name in the caller ID and decided to make such discriminatory statements and hung up the phone. By the way, prior to this call when I tried calling someone picked up and hung up but answered the second time and you know what happened after that, already explained.
I lost my appetite and called again because I was in extreme shock and in disbelief. So someone else picked up the phone, and he was even worse than the first guy. When I complained he became agitated and said «I have your address, I know where you live…» Wow!!! This was a direct threat and I sure will take legal action against this entity.
Horrible experience to say the least, this place doesn’t even deserve a one star! Big mistake.

Greek pizza was so good last night we ordered another one for tonight.

Wow — I just really don’t get the great reviews for this place. This pizza is terrible! The crust was pale and doughy, the sauce was overly sweet and WAY too much cheese. Overall, it had very little flavor. Also, the guys running this place aren’t friendly at all. They just stared at me when I walked in and didn’t say hello. I won’t be returning!

Hands down the best pizza in Fairfax. The delicate crust and perfect sauce-​to-​cheese ratio keep me coming back for more. Since I discovered this Fairfax gem, I’ve refused to order pizza from anywhere else.

The Best Pizza in Fairfax, VA. I’m from Arizona and everyone from the area told me to go to Lil Italian Pizza for the best slices. Not only the best pizza and meat turnover, but the owners Sam, Anwar and his daughter treated us like family! Love this place!

Was hoping this would be as good as some of the reviews. Nope. I ordered the Italian sub. It was ok. Bread was soft and mushy… Meat was ok. They put American cheese on it. Yuk. Would NOT go back

I had a slice of pizza and it was really good. Authentic sauce and fresh cheese. The only reason I don’t give it give stars was due to the insurmountable amount of grease that thankfully didn’t ruin the pizza. I’ll be back.

Over time this family owned pizza, sub, sandwich, salad and much more continues to wow me!
When I compare the food of other local shops I have to believe the guys use top notch ingredients for everything I’ve tried:
Pizza’s
— pepperoni, green pepper and pineapple
— just cheese for the kids
— pepperoni
— veggie pizza (although very good, it’s a lot)
Sandwiches
— chicken cheesesteak W/​fries (awesome flavor great value)…
— GYRO (I can’t stop eating:))!
Anyway, I want to share this place with you all again and suggest you try it and remember if it’s clean, good food and small business, support it!

I love Lil Italian Pizza so very much! Their cheese pizza is some of the best I have ever had and their prices are so reasonable. Their service from my phone order to pickup was friendly and pleasant. They have ample parking and are locally owned and operated and in business for over twenty years. I love to see Mom and Pop shops thriving and doing well. They have an awesome product and I’m a huge fan!

had the bacon cheeseburger and it was decent, nothing really speciall. And the pizza was decent as well.

Best NY style pizza in the area! Thin, flaky, yet airy crust. Great sauce, great flavor, not too salty, not too sweet. Not greasy at all (for pizza). Fast service. Limited seating — 2 tables with 3 seats, 1 table with 2 seats. I got a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni.

I actually work near this place and I see it all the time. One day I was with a workmate and he convinced me to try it out with him as he was tired of getting pizza from the usual big brands like Pizza Hut or Greenwich.
It was a small quaint place not a lot of space for customers so don’t count on this place being a great date spot or a place to go to with your group of friends. It gives the impression of being more of a takeout place, like that Chinese place you always call for takeout but probably never visited.
Anyway, my work friend and I have established after a year of working together that were are both huge eaters so we ordered the family sized pepperoni pizza to go as there were no chairs for us to sit in and we waited about 20 minutes for that to be done.
We got back to the office and shared it with some of our mates and I have to say that pizza was delicious! Plus apparently all the ingredients into making it were natural which is a plus if you’re a health oriented person. We finished the pizza with full and happy bellies as the pizza was DEFINITELY for a family and we both just crammed into our tummies.
I will for sure be ordering here again and next time from the comfort of my home!

My boyfriend and I have ordered delivery from here twice, and we absolutely LOVE IT! The staff is very friendly, and they actually get your order correct and read it back to you to verify… Shocking!
The prices here can’t be beat. Two sodas, a bacon cheese burger with fries, a steak and cheese, and a medium cheese pizza for less than $ 30? Sold! That was also before tip.
The food is delicious, fresh, and surprisingly not that greasy.
Unfortunately we found out they are not open on Sundays.
Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. It is definitely our go to local family owned pizza place from now on!

This place is as good as it gets. The prices are great. The family that runs the shop is great. Let me tell of one of my many experiences that was simply outstanding. We are long time customers and frequent the place often.
One night I call in a pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms (our usually) for my husband and I. This place is right up the street and usually my hubby and I walk up there. When I told the owner that I wasn’t really feeling well so we wouldn’t be walking up. I then asked if they sold ginger ale or orange soda. He let me know that they didn’t but that he would go get some for me at the 7 – 11 which is right next door. I laughed it off and said that is very nice but no thank you.
When the pizza came my husband answered the door. When I came upstairs what was sitting there but a 12 oz orange soda. How nice! That is outstanding service.
The place definitely has a family feel. And the delivery is not always where you might be at but its worth it to get out of your house and enjoy this amazing pizza shop.

Besides having delicious pizza, they have the friendliest owners and very inexpensive prices. I wouldn’t look any further!
