This branch is horrible beyond words. Slow, incompetent and highly disrespectful. M&T will never have a presence in the DMV area if this is what they have to offer.

This branch is not good. There seems to
be one omnipresent teller, and she’s not that great. Twice she forgot to return my drivers license to me, she never greets you, and she’s quite slow.

I’m a realtor working with this bank doing a short sale for a client of mine. These guys win the award for worst bank to work with in my book. Having completed 40 short sales in my career and having communicated with may servicers and banks for short sales I have to say these guys are the worst.

I recently switched to M&T Bank and yes, I’m a fan. The customer service at this branch is very attentive and helpful. They follow through on their commitments and really do care.
