I echo everyone else’s reviews in that I wish I could give Meghan more than 5 stars! She was incredible and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone needing her fantastic services.
We recently had a company retreat in the area and Meghan joined us for a day to shoot head shots for our website/​proposals/​etc. She was extremely nice and funny, which brought out some very genuine smiles for the photos. She was also very efficient, professional, and creative. All my colleagues kept asking «where did you find this amazing photographer!?» and were very happy with the results.

Meghan’s page needs an option to submit more stars because 5 is not enough! There are no words to describe how truly fabulous she is but I can try.
Meghan and her husband recently shot my wedding (and she did my boudoir pics!) Meghan is creative, she has brilliant ideas for amazing photos, she is not intrusive– you almost won’t notice she’s there but then you get all these photos back and it’s like she was everywhere. She is so friendly and reassuring and makes shooting seem natural. She finds the perfect light in every photo and somehow makes it shine even brighter. She is the best photographer I’ve ever met and her photos are just beyond real. I can’t wait to use her for more events!

I cannot recommend Meghan highly enough! She has the gift! We had her take photos of our family the week after our baby was born. They turned out so super beautiful despite our sleep-​deprived state, all due to Meghan’s incredible eye, understanding of light, and creativity. Her warmth and humor set us at ease immediately. The photos are elegant, but also candid and natural. If you are looking for a photographer to capture some epic moment in your life… this is your lady.

My husband and I booked Meghan for our July 5^th wedding. We met her at a café in the Presidio district, and as soon as we met we knew we’d found «The One» (photographer!!) She was super sweet and listened to all of my crazy concerns (lots of kids at my wedding, not a set place yet, evening/​night wedding, etc) and she eased all my worries!
Let’s just say, Meghan and her husband are an AMAZING team! They were very unintrusive when they were taking pictures as we were all getting ready, and I didn’t even notice them during the ceremony! The crazy thing is Meghan’s husband was up on some big rock to get stunning photos during the ceremony — my husband called them «sniper shots» because they were just that pristine, clear, romantic, soft… everything we’d hoped they would be! They were so professional and understanding when my husband and I explained to them our budget situation, and they were very accommodating and gave us an amazing deal!!!
My husband and I are SO VERY grateful to Meghan and her husband with all the shots they got at our wedding, and I LOVE how they were so fast to capture all of the greatest moments and those moments that we would’ve never remembered!
THANK YOU MEGHAN! You made our day truly unforgettable, and we will forever cherish the amazing pictures and memories you were able to capture!!!

i would give ten stars if i could! meghan met and exceeded our expectations for our wedding, from planning all the way through to after the wedding!
she’s very professional, very creative and very easy to talk to. this is important since the relationship with your wedding photographer is pertinent to getting great pictures of the day! she worked with our budget and my artistically inclined (new) husband really liked her portfolio. she uses light and creativity well together, while still taking into account our personalities.
our engagement session was great. the focus of course is to get to know meghan and how she shoots so we can take that off our minds on the wedding day and we had a blast! she’s fun to work with which makes our pics more natural, and she sees things that we don’t, which is why she’s the professional! we got the pics back very quickly and they looked amazing.
the wedding day was the icing on the cake. she and her husband /​shooting partner were early, followed our wedding day schedule to the T and just made things so easy for everyone. with a HUGE family, the thing that kept striking us was how PATIENT she and her husband are. we are so grateful for that because our families are big, bossy and loud! meghan and jan never let that faze them and just rolled with the flow. meghan and jan caught moments we didn’t even think of capturing and we just had so much fun!

Meghan Roberts photography, especially wedding photography, is brilliant, artistic and beautiful. She and her husband shot our wedding, and not only did they capture every single special moment, but with such care and an artistic eye!
In the days after our wedding, so many of our guests kept telling me how fantastic our photographer was. When we got saw the proofs a few days later, I understand why they said that. She got great, special, gorgeous of everyone. All aspects of the whole day and evening are captured beautifully. Seriously, our photo album looks like a magazine spread thanks to Meghan’s amazing work!
This photography duo is also incredibly hard working, diligent, prompt and professional.

As far as photographers go Meghan is as good as they come. She is doing the photos for my upcoming wedding in Malibu and if the engagement photos she took are any indication of what the wedding photos will be like I couldn’t be more excited! Meghan has a way of making you feel so comfortable in what could be a very uncomfortable situation– posing for hours in front of a stranger can be tough but after the first few shots I almost forgot she was there! I had no idea that candid shots could look so great– we are having such a tough time choosing which pictures to use for our save the date photos! I would recommend Meghan’s photography services to anyone we love her!

Meghan is by far a FANTASTIC photographer and wonderful personality! After reviewing her portfolio, my husband and I felt that Meghan would do a perfect job to capture our wedding day. We were not disappointed. We loved her natural style of work and we where completely satisfied with our final photographs.
One of the cool things about Meghan is that she has a great eye using natural lighting source and backgrounds. Since our entire wedding took place outdoors, she used the trees/​hills and turned them into an amazing backdrops that we got breathtaking pictures from. In addition, she managed photograph so many different moments and emotions of our guests that I never would’ve caught on my own that day.
Overall, Meghan was able to really capture the essence of our wedding celebration.
Plus, It was easy to be comfortable around her during every aspect our wedding day — getting ready, the ceremony, posed shots, and the reception. She had this ability to put me at ease before the ceremony and took some great shots. I truly appreciate her tremendous skill, technique and creativity.
I would highly recommend Meghan for any event. Thank you Meghan (and Jan) for making it a wonderful experience.

WOW! Meghan not only produces excellent work but she is also such a pleasure to be around. She did a family shoot for me and my ¹¹⁄₂ year old took to her instantly. She knows exactly how to speak to children and keep them entertained and happy so she can capture those real moments and expressions that are not easy to get! She also is very good with adults. She was great at directing my family with body position so we not only looked good (no double chins!) but were not too posed and more natural looking. My family will continue to use her for all of our photography needs. I also saw her work a large engagement party. As a guest at the party I hardly noticed her taking pictures which to me is extremely important for wedding photographers. They should be able to capture the feel of the event without capturing everyones attention while in the process. I thought her photos turned out to be gorgeous, romantic and candid. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Meghan is a phenomenal photographer. She took amazing photos of me, my girlfriend and our baby. We will cherish our photos forever. Definitely having Meghan take our photos from here on out.

My fiancé and I used Meghan to take our engagement photos. We’re both a little camera shy, but she gave us great direction and made us feel so comfortable. The pictures came out beautiful! We’ve hired her for our wedding, can’t wait to see those photos come out!

Meghan was an AWESOME photographer for my sisters wedding and she really knew how to make her feel confident and comfortable on the big day.
She was professional, quick, personable and got the job done. Meghan had wonderful suggestions for poses/​locations/​backdrops and she was able to take total charge and control my crazy family for all the portraits… very impressive. My sister didnt have to worry about a thing, knowing that she was giving 110% of her energy to making her wedding photos beautiful, timeless and special.
