Our services include Massage Therapy, Ayurveda based health coaching, Private Yoga, and Cleanse & Rejuvenation programs. Additional modalities are Quantum Reflex Analysis, Lymphatic Massage, Hot Stone Massage & Yoga Nidra. We support you in creating a foundation of deep health & inner peace.

Hi. I’m Rachael. I began my immersion into the Holistic Healing Arts more than 22 years ago., with othersI have been studying practicing & living the healing arts. I find that healthy, balanced living including a good diet, sensible routines, the right supplements, appropriate exercise & yoga plus a bit of quiet time and plenty of interface with nature is what is generally needed to keep a person sane & healthy. I enjoy counseling clients on finding the right balance of these things for themselves, as well as assisting with stress & pain relief through hot stone massage. I also offer gentle cleanse programs and fully guided rejuvenation programs for individuals needing deep nurturing to come back into balance.
