Tim Burke – Quality Installation Service

Used Tim to install window coverings for 2 rooms in the house. He came out and did the measure … ordered the product and was paid in full. Then nearly 2 months later I had to track him down by repeatedly calling him to come and do the installation. After calling day after day after day and leaving voice mails he finally called back and scheduled an installation. I not sure he would have ever reached out to me to finish the job if I was not constantly after him about it. He was very hard to reach throughout the process (which took nearly 4 months start-​to-​finish). I would not recommend using him.

Called Tim to repair a window treatment. After the initial phone call informing him of the part I needed, I contacted him the following day to find out if he was able to order the part from the manufacturer. He claimed he ordered the replacement part (that was on Oct 5^th), however I suspected he didn’t order it. With no follow-​up from him by Oct 18^th, I called and ordered the part myself. (I called the same company for the part that he was supposed to call). Part arrived in about a week. Still haven’t heard back from Tim as of Oct 28^th. Would not recommend.
If you’re not interested in a job, you should just tell the person when they call instead of leaving them hanging and/​or feeding them lies (ex. «I ordered the part.» — Whatever good that does?) when they could get someone else to do it.
