Time Maids

I tried to give them a zero star but it wouldnt let me give less than 1. Worst service. Made an appointment a week in advance, got a call at 9pm the night before by someone who spoke broken english asking to postpone till the following day. I couldnt do it that day so they said ok. 9am came and a man came to the door walked in and said «you just want the kitchen cleaned right?» I was like ummm no, i want the full condo cleaned. He looked around for 5 seconds and said «Kitchen and baths only?» I was like have you ever cleaned a condo before? He said of course and then said they cant do the full condo at the price we already discussed. I told him to get out. Never use these people.

I reserved a cleaning service last week on Thursday. I have never been so displeased with a service!!!
To begin, upon arrival I was told that the price for my home had to increase because of its size, it is a town home a (larger town home than most) but no where does it specify that the price increases per square foot… it is still a town home.
Secondly the staff did not have a vacuum nor did they have paper towels, I should got the hint but I allowed them to use my own.
After completion I walked through the house hurriedly since the carpets were wet taking a cursory view of counter tops, sinks etc.
A few days later once the carpets were dry I came back, the basement carpet was left with a musty odor! There were still little splatters in the bathroom and kitchen back-​splash, there were also still hard water spots in the shower. The carpets weren’t even fully clean some places they never touched!!!
I paid $ 400 dollars to have my home serviced and I expected for it to be clean and move in ready. It seems I was swindled I was quoted one price, the price was then raised for no specific reason, the house was not cleaned properly or to my or the tenants satisfactions and I was provided no receipt for my services. I phoned the company on 703−560−1651 and there was no answer and no voice mail. Is this some type of scheme? I can not recommend the usage of this company whatsoever!!!
