My family and I started going to see Dr. Vo because she accepts our vision insurance, and we keep going back because we like her and the shop. She’s very patient and takes the time to answer questions. I also want to put in a good word for Gaylin, a member of the staff. She took great care in making precise measurements for my high index, progressive lenses. The selection of frames is good. I actually got mine from a rack in the back room, so be sure to check that out if you don’t find something you like up front. One of my daughters has a small face, and she was able to find nice Kate Spade frames which are perfect for petite adults. My other daughter was trying to use old frames she had but they were broken while being fitted with the lenses – they ordered and replaced the frames for free (maybe it has to do with insurance.)

DR. VO has been my eye doctor there for many years she is excellent well educated. Takes the time to
Listen to her patients and solve issues and educate you on the correct glasses, contacts or whatever the situation happens to be. This is my eye doctor I completely trust.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went in February tenth 2014. Met Dr. Vo she was very professional and pleasant. Routine exam. She asked to see my glasses and informed me my glasses were in GREAT condition. «All you need is new lenses» that was great to hear. Frames anywhere you go is costly. Today February twelfth 2014; while fitting my old (favorite) frames. Somehow were «accidentally» crack during a process that is not grantee «no matter the condition of the frames… that makes no sense. The staff could see I was highly upset but nothing to fix the issue. This place does not do returns only store credit. AVOID at all cost. You will regret it.

The doctors are great. Very professional, knowledgeable and real problem solvers. The front office staff is the COMPLETE opposite. They are quick to answer any question you have, but their answer just shows that they have no idea what they are talking about. Lenses take 1.5 weeks to make and the front office staff sold me on polycarbonate lenses because they said they were more durable. What they didn’t tell me is that their optical properties can sometimes resulte in extra refraction in the periphery of the lens. I complained the day I got them and they said it was just ‘getting used to the new prescription’. After a week it was still an issue and actually talked to the doctor. She wasn’t surprised by the issue and said it was due to the polycarbonate lenses. They ordered plastic ones, which took another 1.5 weeks to come in and now they won’t give me a refund on the polycarbonate ones. I do like the 2 doctors I worked with, but the front office staff is ingnorant.

We have been going to see Dr. Vo for about 3 years now. We love her! Her staff is friendly and helpful all the time. The office is very well kept as well. Neat and clean. They have a decent selection of glasses in the store. Dr. Vo is a wonderful doctor. She listens to what you have to say and also tells you exactly what is going on. You can ask her anything and she will be truthful with you.
