Great Guy! Joe is friendly, fast and straight forward. You feel like your talking to your family friend– My husbands car needed work done to pass VA Inspection — after we went to another place that failed him 4 times– Joe got him in the same week– did the work and remembered we needed inspection and did that too!. I will def use him in the future

Solid place! I had my Tire Rack tires drop shipped here for installation. The first thing they did was let me know that I still had 50% tread left on those two tires, but I was aware and I don’t like the hydroplaning that I was getting.
Anyway, they let me know of options for other maintenance that I’ll need, and Joe is an all-​around great guy.

I don’t remember the last time I had a chat with a mechanic that was genuine and just felt like you were speaking with a friend. That’s how I felt when I was chatting with Joe last week.
Two weeks ago, I ordered tires from Tirerack and had them shipped to WB Motors because they are listed as a top ranked installer on Tireracks site. I called and made an appointment to have the tires mounted, balanced along with an alignment. I dropped my car off at the appointed time and everything went very smoothly.
While I waited, I noticed that each customer that walked in the door was a regular and Joe knew them and their families. He’s so personable that it makes it easy to not be stressed out as I have been in the pass with other mechanics (i.e. the dealership). His ultimate goal is to make sure the customer is happy (and I was).
Wifi was easy to connect to and fast while waiting.

I’m in the category of the «these are my children,» and probably review anyone that works on my cars like a new «child care facility,» so if I give a good rating, they have earned it. If you want reliable, talented, trustworthy car service, you can’t beat WB Motors in Fairfax, VA. They are not only talented but very nice guys too. They are in demand, so if you can make an appointment, please do that, but if you have an emergency, they will fit you in. All things wonderful about this company. I remarked that I was «heading for the beach,» and got my car back «road ready!» Tires checked, everything topped off, wipers replaced (had forgot to ask, kept seeing that little piece flap back and forth… they spotted it!) WB Motors= perfect company!

I hired WB to install a new set of tires on my car. They found some additional brake work that required immediate attention — this prevented an additional and potentially costly repair.

Just wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Joe and the crew at W B Motors.
The did an exceptional job getting my 2003 MINI Cooper all squared away, it is driving better than brand new! I had cal the week prior to make the appointment, and of course I was curious as to a potential cost guestimate, after all was said and done, I was under the quote AND they did a little more work than we talked about.
Joe couldn’t have been any more pleasurable to work with, He was extremely friendly, courteous, willing to answer any questions and really gave not only myself, but my better half, a really comfortable and welcoming vibe. All work was performed in a very timely manner, explained in detail and discussed open and honestly. There was never a sense of anything less than honesty and fairness, unlike some auto places I have dealt with in the past.
I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a well experienced, technically capable, reliable and trustworthy shop in the NOVA area. Very nice to support the locals and I am really grateful to Unilocal for pointing them out to me in the first place!

Just had my first experience with WB and I can honestly say that I have found my forever mechanics! I was a loyal customer at another place for 15 yrs but after the business was sold, the level of service and honesty was drastically compromised. Upon a recommendation from my friend who had been with WB, I reluctantly decided to try them! I was so pleasantly surprised! Joe Clair, the manager was the most knowledgeable and friendly person to deal with. As soon as I met him, my apprehensions had subsided. I trusted him immediately! I had self diagnosed my auto problem, knowing it would probably be an expensive repair, only to be told that it was something very minor! The end result was a pleasant surprise with an extremely affordable repair bill! Having three other vehicles, I am relieved to have found a business that I can trust and know that I won’t be billed for unnecessary repairs!

Great place. Had tires bought through TireRack delivered and installed here. I worked with Joe, who was extremely friendly, outgoing, and forthright throughout the process, and was really pleased with the results. Pricing was as expected from TireRack, and they even bagged my old tires and put them in the trunk at no extra cost.
Would certainly come here again.

I have been bringing my cars here for over 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences.
Joe, the manager, is friendly, thorough, knowledgable, and walks you through every step of the process, from how they diagnosed the problem, possible solutions, costs associated with each, and then duration of repair.
I have been quoted prices 2 – 3 times higher for the exact some work at other mechanics and have had some poor quality work done before I found WB.
I am so glad that I did as I own a VW which is cranky.
WB is fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve been getting service from WB Motor since 2008, it is been 5 years now, reason I stay with them is honesty, reliability and accurate diagnose the problem at first place, that way I don’t have to spend extra money and time keep my car reliable. I had a bad experience before I discover the WB motor. My TOYOTA RAV4 had some on and off noise problem, and I’ve been to many different shop to find out the problem and fix it, but I only spend money the problem was still there, they explained me with some lame excuse and I had never felt safe, until 5 years ago Erick did some test drive and examined the car, found the problem and fixed for good, that was a serious safety issue though, I’m glad had that fixed before causing any serious problem. Highly recommended, but you have to call ahead to make appointment though, I think they good reputation keep them busy.

Joe at WB Motors was recommended to my by my neighbor, a long time resident of Fairfax. Joe is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable auto repair shop. He seems to have a very loyal customer base.

I’ve been using W B Motors for several years now, and I find it to be ideal. The prices are VERY reasonable, the service is top notch, and they stand behind their work. Joe, the point man for the shop, is always friendly, courteous and helpful. He gives good diagnoses, and he calls as soon as he finds something that wasn’t in line with his original estimates. About 4 times out of 5 the final price has been less than the estimate.
He’s good about telling me of other things that need attention, but also about helping me prioritize, which is key when you have 3 older cars.
I definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family whenever the opportunity presents.

I really found that the guys at WB are excellent! They have provided awesome service at a reasonable rate. They don’t try and oversell services like other shops. Matter of fact, if they see something that may need repair fairly soon, they point it out and tells about it. Joe and these guys are the real deal. Highly and often recommend them to friends.
