He vanished on me too! Hope all is okay.

I just saw a review posted yesterday about the «vanishing» pool boy, and I see I am not the only one who has been unable to reach this company. I have called several times based on the glowing reviews I saw on Unilocal and yet have not received any return calls. I sincerely hope that the reason is not due to poor business practice, and if it is a personal crisis, I hope it has a happy ending. I fiinally got a hold of another pool cleaning service, Blue Fish Pools, which had bad reviews, and yet, they were the only folks who called me back, the same day in fact, and they were helpful and came out to my pool to help us diagnose the problems with our pump and how to resolve our algae problem and he didn’t even charge me!

A case of the vanishing pool boy! I called all-​ready pool service because i read great reviews on Unilocal.I gave him a call and we had scheduled an appointment. He was then unable to make it due to family issues. That’s not a problem, and we were able to reschedule for the next day. He came out, gave me some good tips on my issues with the pool and then we had agreed on him coming back the following week to clean the pool and set up a weekly cleaning. I then contacted him to find out a date when he would come by, and was told the middle of the week. Then by thursday I tried to contact him again… Nothing! Friday, i tried to contact him again… Nothing! So the following monday (8 days later) I tried contacting him to ask if he was going to be able to fulfill his side of the agreement or not, because i would need to contact someone else if he couldn’t… AND NOTHING!!! He is very unprofessional, and by judging the other reviews, I don’t know if they are friends or family, but i had terrible service from this company! I was completely ignored and it was a waste of my time!

Chris is very helpful, politel and quick to response. I call him to setup an appointment for the next day to check out the pool. He checks and make sure all the equipment works. He is honest. After he checks all the equipments, he mentioned to us that the us that the pump is working fine and all we need is to re plaster the pool. Will definitely recommend his service to others.

Chris is the guy you need to find for pool service. My family just moved from out of town into a rental home and were at a loss as to what to do with our pool. I called Chris and he came out and tested the water, equipment and gave me advice on what I needed to do.

I discovered All-​Ready Pool Service when I had noticed that Chris, the proprietor of his company, servicing my next door neighbor. I invited Chris, explained my outdoor Jaccuzzi/​Waterfall small pool, discussed my immediate needs to repair existing system and what it would take to maintain it. After doing the preliminary and much needed initial repairs, going over the different primary and secondary systems, covering electronic technical operations, going over the chemicals used, that’s when I found out for myself that Chris, indeed, was a genuine knowledgeable person who definitely knows his trade and passion. I asked if he would be willing to continue providing me monthly service and, making him aware that I am a demanding customer who asks a lot of questions and would like to learn and absorb as much knowledge as possible so that I can become self-​sufficient. Without hesitation and intimidation, Chris stated that he would be obliging and would assist me anytime. That is when I truly felt that Chris had a mellow personality, easy to discuss and resolve problems quickly and efficiently and, was not afraid to mention that, if he did not know the answers, had a resource guide for which to call for expert advice and/​or recommend other contractors. Case in point, when I needed electrical lines to be re-​routed, Chris had recommended an electrician which, by the way, when mentioning his name, Mr. Shane Ward from Quality Electric (another company for which I do not mind putting a good word within Unilocal), happened to be the same electrician I had used in my house on previous occasion. Another case in point, Chris gives a detailed cost estimate for any potential service repairs and parts which is very reasonable. Also, Chris had acknowledged that he was not shy to admit that he had learned a few things from me and how he was open to suggestions and new ideas. I have used All-​Ready Pool Service, now going on nearly two years, and, as I get to know Chris, I can say that he is an honest, good guy, who is reliable, expert in his field and would highly recommend. No, I have not left … just to update, I am still using All-​Ready Pools and Chris is maintaining my pool as good as ever.

I highly recommend All-​Ready pool service. My indoor pool in Suisun City was in desperate need of service so I called All-​Ready and Chris was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. He recommended what services were necessary and explained each component in detail and executed them very well. The service exceeded my expectations when he called the next day to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the results and made recommendations on how I could maintain the pool myself in between services. He offered to come out and check it again in a few days to make sure it was up to his standards at no additional charge. I was also pleased to find out he covers the Sacramento area as we have just purchased a home with an outdoor pool in Land Park and will definitely be using his services. Of all the pool companies I have called or hired, All-​Ready is hands down the best experience!

Very helpful with our pool repair and very quick to service. We know nothing about pools and we had a problem w our pool light and he came in and handled it like a pro. He also recommended an electrician who was wonderful. Chris is extremely knowledgable.
